Upstate Family Transport

DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY after calling their number for almost 3 weeks I finally get an answer. Just to have some little snot nosed jerk answer… they are rude and don’t know how to speak to people. They are completely unreliable and instead of answering my questions since they had «no phone staff for three weeks»…the so called phone operator asks me «if i called to interrogate or make a reservation» after giving me conflicting info on how some people «just show up because they know where to meet us» SO WTF is the point of making a reservation? He then proceeds to hang up… I will make sure this gets posted to all reviews, Get your act together and treat people with respect. Business is not just about keeping the people that are there but also getting new business and retaining it. But I Guess that what you get when you have people just wanting t to make a quick buck and not run a business.
