The only redeeming quality of this rooftop is that it is absolutely beautiful. 18 $ for a non top shelf drink at 6pm is absurd; There is a rooftop bar at another hotel exactly one block away that has 5 $ happy hour til 7. They are targeting tourists, and I know much better.

This place was awesome!!! If you are looking for a hopping night spot, then don’t go here! If you are looking for a nice rooftop bar, where you can have good conversation with a great view, then this is the spot! You have clear unobstructed view of Empire State building. This bar is 20 floors up and the staff is amazing! Matthew was bartending and went way above and beyond! My wife and I came here as part of our 3^rd wedding anniversary. Matthew truely made our night special. Brenda was waitressing and was great as well. We felt so relaxed and comfortable. We had the wings and disco fries as a snack and they were very tastey! Drinks are pricey but well worth it for the view. We will definitey be back when we visit again.

Came on a Thursday night at 730pm. My husband and I got a spot at the bar right away. The space is decorated nicely and is roomy. Our drinks were good and the service was excellent! Matthew and Brenda were great! We also ordered the wings and disco fries and they were delicious. The views up here are amazing and the view of the Empire State Building was perfect. We stayed for a few hours and really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again. This place is really a hidden gem!!!

You get great drinks and the best view of the empire state building. This is my go to spot in the summer time. Just a really nice chill spot. Service is great and the music isn’t too loud which makes it a nice place to sit back, relax and socialize. They have events from time to time which is a nice touch. This will continue to be my little get away spot.

This is a nice little rooftop to go to on an afternoon or early evening. The bar area is really small and I don’t know why they thought it was a good idea to put stools on the bar. You have to talk over people’s heads and reach for drinks over them since they are right in between you and the bar tender. It has great views though.

A mini rooftop to help you get away from the crowd but have a full view of Empire State Building. The drinks and foods are not so good though. They bring food all the way up from the kitchen downstairs

This rooftop space is great for an event. The manager, Jordan, helped us plan a private brunch party with delicious food and a deal on mimosas and bellinis. He was incredibly accommodating. Brenda and Genesis, two of the employees who helped take orders from our guests, were also wonderful. They «rolled out the red carpet» without requiring a rental fee for the space. This venue is a great find.

This roof top is nice and does have some great views but the bar area is really small and should not really have seating there. came on a Friday night and had to talk over people and grab my drink over people. overall ok rooftop i would recommend coming her early afternoon before weekend crowds.

This bar is on the 20^th floor of the Hyatt Herald Square, which gives you an awesome view of the Empire State Building. There’s plenty of seating and space to walk around, and I liked the low-key atmosphere.

This hotel is cool but what makes it five stars is the service and the people! Brenda at the bar is the nicest and warmest person with a million bars in NYC I only wanted to stay here the whole time. Alicia is so nice too and everyone is I feel bad I don’t know their names but everyone deserves a pat on the back here. Roof top is so gorgeous with a view of Empire State, Chrysler building and freedom tower it’s a view worth checking out!
