I have to say, I found the sales guy super friendly. Got some Gucci’s at an amazing price. I’ll be back!

I had a wonderful shoe shopping experience at this store. I was walking with a friend down Avenue of the Americas and we spotted this store on the corner at Grand. We were hesitant about entering but since they had a sale sign on the window, we decided to check it out. I got a pair of Marchez Vous booties full priced at $ 650 for $ 357 and another pair of comfortable unique wedge booties for only $ 119. My friend got a pair of Tod’s pumps fully priced at $ 625 for $ 279. All shoes are made in Italy and the selection is great! I will go back on my next visit to NYC. Also, the salesperson, I believe his name was Roberto, was very helpful!

Even in New York it’s rare to find anyone as rude and unpleasant as the guy in this store. There’s nothing special about the shoes so strongly suggest shopping elsewhere if for no other reason than to avoid reinforcing the disgusting attitude

Despite popular lore, New York is actually a pretty friendly place. Until, that is, you attempt to shop at Twenty6 Grand. The opening hours sign said it should be open, so we pulled the door. It was locked. The guy inside ambled over and let us in, without a word. Without eye contact. Without expression. We started to look around, but no assistance was offered. We were completely ignored, perhaps we had spoilt his day by imposing in his store. Two pairs of shoes looked interesting. «Are they available in size X»? «No». That was the extent of the interaction, and that was the extent of our interest. We left, with no dent in our credit cards.
