History

Established in 1962.

I began making these amazing flour free products to serve audiences during intermissions at shows I produced to raise money for good causes. I looked around my parents’ kitchen for something unique to create and that’s when the inspiration for tuber foods hit. I’ve made them for corporate meetings, seminars and marketing launch events, weddings, bar/​bas mitzvahs, retirement parties, birthdays, anniversaries and many more…

Business Owner

I’m a visionary inventor in the food and technology industries. As the creator of Tuber Dough, I bring all of my passionate creativity to this company. I’m an experienced political economist and business consultant, with strong expertise in campaigns, policy analysis, marketing, research, branding, production and communications. As a trained chef I started Food Teasers my catering company which also features these gluten free products. I’ve written and published three books on personal finance, including «Holistic Bankruptcy» and created the field of Workplace Productivity a holistic forerunner of Six Sigma. I’m a native New Yorker who’s been profiled in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who of American Women. I live life to the fullest!
