THE ABSOLUTE WORST-​RIP OFF ARTISTS_​DO NOT USE-​Cleaner never showed-​was supposed to get a credit it never happened-​going to small claims court

Completely disorganized and unprofessional. I was quoted $ 15 extra on the phone when scheduling my appointment for cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner service to which I agreed. The cleaner showed up without anything to clean with and 1 hour after the original appointment time. This is no way to run a cleaning business. Give these guys a miss.

Overall It was okay a bit unorganized no communication prior to cleaning even after several attempts. They sent a male I requested a female but it was already late (he arrived 30 min late) and I needed the apt cleaned so I looked it over. The young man did a great job of sweeping, mopping and vacuuming exactly as I’d requested something a lot of other cleaning professionals overlook. Not too great with organizing/​tidying up the place but I let that slide too cause of how clean my floors were.

Ok, there were a couple small hiccups in booking — I didn’t get a confirmation email for two weeks which made me get in touch directly with the company to make sure I had an appointment. They tried to switch my 8:30 start to a later time (but were fine when I said that wouldn’t work). The cleaner showed up half an hour early — we were all still getting ready for school and work which wasn’t ideal, but here’s the important thing — the cleaning woman did an amazing job — 5 stars for sure. Our apartment is immaculate. I was happy to tip her 25% — she was SO thorough. and worked hard for three straight hours. You never know what you’re going to get with a Living Social voucher — in this case — really, really happy. Highly recommend.

My first time ever using a cleaning service. I appreciated that they honor discount pricing without having to actually purchase a voucher from a 3rd party site. Booking online is pretty easy but be wary of the time selection — apparently the option I chose online is not one honored by the company?
I am pretty understanding and had no time constraints so I was not bothered by the late arrival (approx 15 min), but I was a little shocked when she started wrapping up early (she didnt want to be late for her next client… lucky them) So technically, I lost about 20 – 25 min of service time.
She pretty much did everything I asked, except for inside of the fridge. Nothing was perfect, but a good job none-​the-​less. She didnt return everything to its original placement but her «redecorating» was pretty cute!
I would use the services again, being more adamant about directions.

I booked a three-​hour service and told the cleaning lady the order I wanted the apartment to be cleaned, e.g. from bathroom to bedroom etc.
After two hours and twenty minutes the cleaning lady told me she had finished. So I started checking her work and asked her if she could clean the wall/​window edges etc as well. But she refused because she had finished the work I told her earlier (which was just the order of cleaning) and she had reported to the company that she was done. I would have messed her up if I asked her to do stay for full three hours. Those were exactly her words! How rude! I will never try this company ever.

these people are excellent. they responded quickly and communicate via text, email and phone efficiently which is incredibly helpful. they did a great job cleaning as well and the price is very reasonable. i highly recommend.
