I haven’t been here in a while but the times I went I had a good time. The crowd can be a little ghetto depending on the night I guess but overall its a very nicely decorated night club with 2 floors. The staff was willing to work with me as far as arrangements and bottle service. The weekends can get pretty crowded so wear nice clothes but NOT expensive shoes. NOT a good place to bring a date.

Touch is a two-level club with fairly ample space for drinking /dancing. I came here for a private party and was surprised that the service at the bar wasn’t a little faster, even with bars on two floors. Come here on a weekend night and I bet getting a drink is a hot mess. Food was okay, but you’re not coming here to eat really, right? If you want to dance, stick to the bottom level. If you are trying to have a conversation, between the crowd at the lower lever bar and the dance floor, you’re better served seeking refuge at a table upstairs. Overall, decent décor and the light-up bar counter is cool. But I wasn’t overly impressed enough to want to come back regularly.

MEH. Celebrated my sister’s 21st birthday here, the décor was great, the music was awesome, the drinks were mediocre but the prices were ridiculous. Even though we had a good time, here’s why I gave it two stars… The crowd was mixed but it was definitely overly crowded in there and there were fights galore. I think there were only two security guards and with that amount of people, there was no way they could get through a mob like that quick enough. People were smoking weed and cigarettes in there and they weren’t doing anything. I got out of there with my hair smelling like crap, it was horrible. I’ve never gone back since my sister’s birthday and I don’t think I ever would.

I love the ambiance and the cool bar counter that lights up when you touch it. The drinks are on the pricey side but they are strong and well made. I would give this place 4 stars if it weren’t for the crappy coat check service. Coat check is mandatory and is $ 4. When I went to retrieve my coat I gave the guy my ticket but he couldn’t find my coat. He then proceeded to tell me that I never gave him a ticket and that I needed a ticket to get coat!!! He flat out lied to my face and we both knew it! Luckily for me someone else just came to the club to return my coat. The coat check guy had accidentally given my coat to someone else!!! Things ended alright but the whole incident soured the evening for me. If you are going to require people to check their coats in you BETTER take care of their coats. And no, posting a «We Are Not Responsible» sign does not make it OK to lose people’s coats! I understand mistakes happen. I was more disgusted by the coat check guy’s attempt to cover up his mistake and lie rather than work with me to fix it.

I went to this place for my company holiday party. I would say my experience was fun, but nothing to recommend my friends for a really great time. Service at the bar was quick. There are only 2 floors and 2 barstands(one on each floor) so it would be hard to get a drink if the crowd is huge. I like the barstands; if you touch any part of the stand it lights up similar to Tom Hanks dancing on the piano floor keyboard on the movie«Big». The appetizers and dinner isn’t appealing but useful only if you are really hungry. The DJ played a plethora of mix music and the dancing was wild once the alcohol was kicking in to their system. Upstairs where the tables were, are bit more spacious and chill. One of my co-workers had a fight with the bouncer outside because they wouldn’t let him back in after taking a smoke. The owner of the nightclub almost called the cops haha. Club Touch is a nicely decorated venue and large enough for dancing and chilling around.

Touch!!! I had to see what the hype was about! I finally did on a Friday night! I gave it 3 stars because the DJ was not the best! 1) One dancefloor(the bummer). 2) Expensive bar 3) Nice furniture to sit when tired of dancing. 4) Young urban crowd(mostly young boys trying to take advantage of drunk girls) 5) Can be a sausage fest like other reviewers mentioned and the men are really aggressive in there(ladies make sure to have a wingman) 6) Good for one night stands 7) $ 20 dollar fee to get in Boys and Girls No need to be too dressy. I would go back to touch if there are theme parties.

I’ve been here a few times. Each time was a different theme and audience. It’s a nicely decorated venue, pretty large– great for dancing, and they have a good sizedbar. One night they had a Hawaiian theme that i didn’t know of… the music was from the ‘80s so my group moved on, the crowd was also older. Another night it was 18+ the crowd was disappointing but the music was great… which did well since I was with my own group… we had a lot of fun. Before experiencing their 1st floor club, they have a private 3rd floor that can be rented out… the party there was fun however it is extremely cramped. The 2nd floor of the club has a cat walk that looks down to the dance floor… which i think is all VIP. The drinks are pricey, but i’ve seen worse, and they do have a cover charge to get in, it might be free for women before 11 or 12. They do have a coat check, and a hosted bathroom. The scene of people has changed during the last few years which is disappointing… but i guess that comes with the music. I like the place for groups that want to have«a» drink and dance the whole night!!!

jungle butts and ghetto herbs. If this is your crowd with uncoordinated scrubs trying hard to impress, and running like pinheads with their sausage fest entourage, then you should hit it up. Some cuties do show up for not knowing better than to get harassed by wannabe somebodies and a so-claimed UFC fighter in one exceptional etc. whom I suspect got picked on too much in junior high school or high school, and probably still gets his ass kicked all the time. why? cause even I wanted to put the bruce lee on him and I tolerate a lot of bs and am one of the most patient guys around this city. the venue is nice for functions however. It just attracts the wrong crowd and the promoters are not helping put it in the game. Maybe that’s why they can get away with charging people a door admission to get in when you can get better ambience and drinks at a nice rooftop lounge in the city — free of charge.

Lame. I came to Touch for a private party, lasted about 15 minutes and had to get out of there. Horrible layout, idiots working the coat check, and the door staff were completely unhelpful. SOOOO many other options out there!

Eek! Methinks not. I hate touch. they try to be so velvet roped and so pretentious. i came here on a couple of occassions. first was afterwork thurs(they don’t have it anymore) and dj camillo was spinning. not a bad night, good music, chilled with friends, 2 for 1 drink specials. second time i came here i was on a guestlist for free admission before 1130. but nope, got here a little after 11 and was informed it was b411 to be free. hmmm another club which changes shit to sucker you into paying. so as i was deciding, they had a powertrip cause they couldn’t fathom someone deciding NOT to go to their precious club. so i ended up not going in. third time i came here, we ran into our good old doorman friend Alex. god i hate this guy. someone please strike him dead. he used to be the doorman at level v and gave us a lot of trouble getting in. apparently doormen can’t get any other jobs. doorman, doorman, doorman. so he looks us up and down and say we’re too casual unless we wanna get bottle service. logic 101 please. if we’re too casual to be seen in the club, then why is it ok for us to be seen if we get bottle service? i understand this is just a ploy to get more money for the club but ultimately, its a powertrip from this little ugly man. die tomorrow please. 1 star, WORSTCLUBEVER.

Dont be fooled by the photographs– this is the lesson i learnt when i went here for new years eve. The place is small and congested and for some reason on new years eve they decided to flaunt every fire safety norm. They packed in 50 – 100 more people than what they are allowed to. If you are planning on checking your coat –good luck getting it back. It took me 30 mins to get my coat and two of my friends never got to see them. When we went back the next day all they can say is sorry we lost it. On a positive side. i was expecting watered down drinks for NYE but was impressed that the they were strong and more shockingly they used top shelf drinks(gray goose etc) also we dint have to wait for long to get our drinks. Hats off to the bar tenders for thier great work.

I came here twice without noticing I’ve been here already. Such a waste of time and money… This place is overpriced, over hyped, and flat out terrible. The cool part about both nights were the bouncers. They didn’t give us a hard time because we knew them. Other than that both nights was a complete disaster. We had our own table and all but the experience there still sucked. The dance floor was mostly asian dudes dancin with each other and some chicks that stood around like deadbeat zombies. My highlights of the night — Funky white boy next to my booth was making out and was all over some asian girl all night long even when guys at the club including myself were throwing ice at them to take that shit elsewhere. — Some super slutty looking chick in a bikini was giving guys lap dances and tube shots for a ridiculous price while being photographed as if she was some porn star. — Some jerk took my Belvedere bottle and smashed it on my table because he was pissed off about something. — The jerk caught a mean beating. — Nicest person in the club all night was the freakin guy who works in the restroom squeezing soap on peoples hands and giving them paper towels.

My wake-me-up-this-is-a-nightmare experience: It was a friend’s birthday, I reserved a table. We were treated rudely at the door, misinformed on payment policies, seated in the wrong section, given a table for 4(maybe 6) with a party of 12 buying three bottles + drinks, the music went out for 20 minutes because someone«tripped» over a wire, and when, due to misinformation and the rest of what I just told you, my party decides to leave, the promoter kicks ME out, tells me I’m «bad business» and that he never wants to see me there again. :ahem: It was truly a disappointment. Did I mention the screaming patrons? smh Makes me angry thinking about it and this happened in OCTOBER! Maybe I’m sensitive…

waited in line for what seemed like an eternity but luckily there was no cover for us. Soon as we got in though it was a typical club scene, super crowded and people dancing up a storm. We had a great time and i’d def go back.

got in for free since a friend was promoting here. checked my coat but then the bouncer made me check my little cover up. I was mad and argued it wasnt a «coat» it was a little hot pink thing over my dress. he made me take it off. very lame. it was fashion week so they had some lame fashion show. i went to get some drinks and wasnt allowed back where my friend was until after the show. they gave me a free drink b/c of that so i didnt care. after the show it got absoulutely packed and i wanted to leave. a friend got hurt on the stairs so they gave us a free bottle of vodka and table service but they didnt even offer her a band aid? weird but hey free vodka. thats the only reason i had fun here. also the dj let me in the booth.

I was at Touch a few weeks ago to celebrate a friend’s bday. There was $ 20 cover even if you(a male) were on a guestlist. Having a duck is a gift and a curse! They have 4 too many bouncers working the people side. Expect being separated into a single-file line, boys & girls, just like grade school days. Once I was in my night was DOWNHILL when I blazed through a $ 12 shot of petron?! «Mami, hit the brakes!» It was enough to keep me entertained for 30 minutes, which sucked because DJ was holding off on the danceable songs for later. They spin a mix of hip hop, top 40, some reggae, and classic joints(e.g. Janet Jackson — Together Again). The floor was occupied by a doughnutted circle of people(surprsingly well mixed, a little of every kind of person) standing or grinding. not much dancing. The middle was obstructed by seating?! Who wants to sit in the middle of a dancefloor? I love ass in my face as much as the next dude, but getting whiplashed by buttcheek is not(typically) my idea of a good time. I’m kind of conservative like that. In overview: + A number of Good-looking women… maybe enough to go swimmin — $ 12 – 16 for a shot… I thinks NOT + The décor is nice… Billie Jean Bar? NICE! — Dancefloor whiplash… I thinks i’ll PASS — Fellas. expect the typical hassle at the door on the weekends unless you’re bringing in a good ratio. — Ladies, this is NOT one of those places you can expect a guy to get you a drink, so freeloaders stay home. + They have a gutter just outside the curb in case you have to puke.

Not sure I know why this place generates so hate, maybe it was the dislike of the crowd on a bad night. The place itself is quite nice with a 2nd floor over looking the 1st and tables lined up on the perimeter. Packed dance floor jammin in the middle. Unlike other clubs, Touch actually looks the pictures it displays on its website. Clubs are usually deceiving like those people that date online who post deceptively gorgeous pics of themselves, but when you see em in person and you turn and run full speed. Not that I would know but yea you get the point.

Very unimpressed with this place. Odd location — I mean who honestly wants to go partying up on 52nd street? I always joke that I don’t like going above 14th street but what started as a joke is turning into reality! Came here on a Saturday night. One of my promoter friends was throwing a party(free bottles, yay) that was supposed to be something to do with Hawaiian Tropic. I saw no tan girls in bikinis prancing around so I assume that was a hoax. Anyway, the place is pretty big, three stories in all. We were up on the third story tucked in a corner table in the back. Décor was alright, I guess, nothing special. Typical club with mirrors everywhere, low seating around the table and music loud enough to make your ears bleed. Line for the coat check was out the door, big turn-off. Stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors are hard to find, which I found just stupid. Crowd seemed like the typical B&Ters, but I’m talking the far-out B&Ters… the kids who have to stay up till 6AM the next day to catch the first train back to Islip(ha). Not my crowd whatsoever. Overall just a really lousy place. Apparently they just renovated the club, but you can’t tell. Really no reason to go here, unless you want to take a shot at a 25 year old group of female comm majors still living at home in Oyster Bay who have to get back to their parents’ house the next morning.
