These fine folks made me a very, very good torta con pollo today. I must return and taste some other parts of their menus. It’s a cute little joint with a chill vibe and nice people.

Without a doubt, this place is cheap. And I say this in all truthfulness. I decided today to go in this place after passing it every day for the last 2+ years. Its tiny, its busy, and it’s got so many moving parts you really just have to stop and ask: What is this place really? Actually, the place doesn’t even have a straight name nor address! There’s 3 names listed on the sign and no address number. I had to look it up because it’s not on the establishment! There isn’t anything on the menu board that exceeds $ 5.50 and that’s for a steak and egg sandwich. Burgers a la carte are $ 2.50 to $ 3.25 and the deluxe of them is generally $ 1.50 more. They serve breakfast and lunch, so quite frequently, the mornings are super busy. Heck, it was midday and it was busy in that place. Really popular in the morning: quick coffee pickup and a breakfast sandwich. Locals love em. Funny thing: the cheeseburger and fries I got for $ 4.50 filled me up. But the lady preparing the food(I caught her name as Anita) asked me «You only want one cheeseburger deluxe?» Am I supposed to get 2? Really? They serve food, sell drinks, sell telephone cards(looked like about 30 different brands), sell lotto and scratch-ems … and last but not least, they sell candy. Its no wonder their heads are spinning.
