Times Square Limousine

Worst limousine ride ever. Only time I used my credit card in the US and it was Skimmed! The driver spat saliva out the window like an animal the whole time. What a way to finish the night of our engagement. He new we just got engaged wouldn’t even congratulate us, instead just slagged out the window for 45 minutes (yes the didn’t even do the full hour) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If I could give no stars or negative stars, I would. I called to inquire on a limo for my parents… never booked it. I was told that I had to go online to prepay. I went online but did not get confirmation so I gave up. NEVER USED LIMO COMPANY… IN FACT we ended up having a friend drive them. So, you guessed it. they charged my card anyway. So, when credit card called to dispute… a RUDE unprofessional illeterate person starts screaming on the phone while conferencing wiht credit card dispute people. Had to ask this woman to get him off the line! So. if you are considering this company… EXPECT TO BE RIPPED OFF. RUDELY DEALT WITH. my next complaint BBB, Taxi and Limo Commission…

The most unreliable, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST business I have ever dealt with in my 31 years of living in New York City. Zero exaggeration in that statement. THEY COMPLETELY RUINED what was supposed to be one of the most special nights of my life.
I booked a 20 person limo with a guy named David a few days before my ENGAGEMENT PARTY this past Saturday. My entire family flew in for this extremely joyous occasion, and we were headed to a party thrown for us by my future in laws in New Jersey. The limo pickup time was set for 6;15pm, and I received an email confirmation that confirmed this pickup time.
The driver arrived at 5:45 and called to tell me he was there… 30 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. I appreciated the punctuality, but explained to him that we would not be down until that 6:15 time that we confirmed so many times as we were all gathering for a toast before we left to embark on the night. I had people coming from all over the city to meet us and everything was scheduled based on the 6:15 time I reserved with the company. The driver told me he was on a very tight schedule (aka they probably double booked him) and I assured him I would be out on time. not thinking anything much of it.
At 6:13pm… 2 MINUTES BEFORE THE PICKUP TIME, all 20 people walked outside only to see the limo DRIVING OFF RIGHT BEFORE OUR VERY EYES!!! No call or anything, nothing. Poof… they were gone. before we had even reached the pickup time.
I called David, and he immediately started SCREAMING AT ME and yelling and saying «i told you not to be late! i told you not to be late!» The time of my outgoing call on my cellphone was 614. Still 1 minute before the CONFIRMED PiCKUP time. I explained to him that it STILL wasn’t even the time of my pickup and he proceeded to HANG UP ON ME.
So here I am, celebrating one of the most joyous and exciting nights of my entire life and my whole family is standing on the side of the street with no means of transportation and a ego-​manaical dispatcher who just yelled at me, hung up on me and subsequently wouldn’t pickup my calls. despite the fact that i did NOTHING wrong. Tthe icing on the cake was the fact that were actually two minutes early for our pickup time. This company succeeded in the only thing I think they are capable of doing: COMPLETELY RUINING OUR SPECIAL NIGHT.
My fiancé immediately started to burst out crying. it was a Saturday night, we were in NYC and now had no way to get to our engagement party. We frantically called every single limo service on google and they were all booked up as it was a Saturday night.
This was our engagement party night, we had a 100 people at a party waiting for us, and here we are with 20 people, standing on the side of the street in new york completely stranded.
My fiancé then called David hysterically crying and begged him to please get us any form of transportation to get to the party in NJ, where we had a hundred guests anxiously awaiting our arrival. Here she was, a traumatized girl on a very special night, and this heartless and mean man had the audacity to start yelling at her!!! She stayed on the phone and continued to take his verbal abuse in hopes that he would eventually come to his senses and realize how bad he just screwed up and the severity of the situation. About 10 minutes later he called back and told us that he could get us cars but we would have to wait an additional hour.
An hour later two cars arrived to finally take us to new jersey. The drivers explained to us that this David character that runs this company is one of the most unprofessional and shady guys in the business and they apologized to us for how bad he screwed up our night.
These guys completely ruined and put a damper on a night that was supposed to be one of the happiest nights of my life. 2 days later we are still shaken up by the experience and sad about how such a special night was tarnished. It completely killed the mood for the whole night.
In all the bad and horrific things we experienced that night, It will be assuring if I can just save ONE PERSON in the Unilocal community from booking with this service and saving you from this guy completely ruining your special night. I am thankful for Unilocal for giving users the opportunity to expose bad businesses for their shady practices and bringing justice to the consumer.

Worst car service EVER. So rude and the cars are always late. Then they argue with you.

I called on these guys this week for car service for a co-​worker. Her exact words were «They did a great job. In fact, I ended up using them again today, as the weather was so bad that we couldn’t get cabs to get from place-​to-​place.»
