the product is high quality as expected; the customer service was top tier in my experience. First time at this shop. Dealt with the manager, Stephen, who reminded me why I prefer this brand.

Worst Thomas Pink ever. The sales people are rude and couldn’t be bothered. I like the one on Madison which has a better selection and friendly staff.

The best place to buy Pink stuff. Ask for Ben, he is super attentive, knows everything that they have in stock and will try really hard to find everything you need. I really like this brand and this particular store is fantastic!

Customer service here is impeccable. After trying on a shirt(before buying said shirt), it was steamed for me. And I received very helpful advice on sizing from the sales girls, who weren’t pushy but knowledgeable — they understand the fit of their clothing. After a nightmare at Hugo Boss(where I fled the store in disgust), I feel better — I may be spending a bit more, but the quality of the Pink wares is perfect and I now feel okay about my life and respect myself again.

Pink dress shirts(men) are generally well made and I especially like the slim fit. Not a huge fan of the white collar on colored shirt look(something Pink likes to push). My only issue is with the staff at this location. Saleswoman(Katie Albin) is horrible and given my experience with her, I will NEVER buy a Pink shirt again. If you need to buy a Pink shirt, go to the one on Madison.

The women’s shirts are sized really strangely and don’t fit well. Plus, most of the designs are staid and frumpy. Women looking for beautiful shirts should head to Anne Fontaine for much better shirts(albeit at somewhat higher prices).

So… Thomas Pink is having their semi-annual sale. Really expensive but nicely made tailored shirts and blouses, up to 40% off. This will put you around $ 115 for a slim fit men’s shirt, $ 69 for a regular cut men’s shirt, $ 69 for a tie, and… well, the women’s sale clothes were so hideous, I won’t even bother. Service was hit or miss – there was one saleswoman who was supremely helpful, looking items up on the computer to see if sizes were available, and offering to get more sizes from their secret magic storeroom upstairs(it takes precisely 7 minutes to make the round trip). However, another saleswoman was perhaps having an off-day; she was sullen and reluctant to help. Although we did eventually get what we were asking for, it definitely wasn’t with a smile. Note that sale items are final sale, and also that the women’s section at this location is really limited. Tip: There’re only two dressing rooms, which usually isn’t a problem… but the salespeople were clearly giving us the stink-eye for taking more than five minutes – even though the second dressing room was free.

Nice The store is nice and small, the staff is nice and friendly, the are attentive if you have any questions. If you just want to browse and don’t want the staff’s help they will let you be. Had good experience when went in few times.
