Meet the Business Owner

Thomas Moore M.

Business Owner

I have been trained in psychodynamic, couple’s and cognitive therapies. We can draw on many areas of your life in order to help you grow: your history, your insights, your ability to talk about your feelings, your ability to listen, your stress management skills and your ability to utilize solution-focused strategies. We will match the methods of therapy to fit your needs.

As appropriate, I will discuss adjunct forms of treatment and make referrals to medical, self-help or specialized care.

A word about creativity: we need to find those moments of joy that creativity gives you. Creativity can be expressed in a million ways; what ways feed your soul and help to balance your life? I can offer my experience as a writer who loves to write.

In the end, if in your therapy we address love, work and soulfulness, we’ve addressed goals truly worth pursuing.
