Established in 2010.

Meet the Business Owner

Will G.

Business Owner

Born in Brooklyn, I grew up visiting the corner deli’s of yore. As I recall, they seemed to be everywhere. Local, friendly joints with «regulars.»

An avid eater, I clocked many hours on the streets of the Village, ducking into smaller specialty joints and sampling a diverse array of foods. As great as many of them are, I noticed a void for the reasonably priced, quality roast beef sandwich. Soon after I decided to fill this void and This Little Piggy was born.
