This agency SUCKS big time smh they never have work, And everyone there always act like they have attitude problems, they are very unprofessional!!!
They only have $ 8.75 an hour jobs, and they get pissed when you have an emergency and can’t make it to your assignment… They got rid of all the nice ladies that once worked there!!! Turn down 1 or more jobs and trust you won’t hear from them PLEASE SAVE YA SELF SOME TIME and go to Access staffing or Pride health RUN! Only reason I gave 1 star is because of the two nice ladies that use to work there

Unfortunately I have to agree with Nadezda M.
I went to that agency in July 2014 because an agent found my resume on Monster. She called me to offer a position that fits my skills and qualification and schedule an interview to discuss the position. Instead, when arrived, I was told that before the agent could talk to me I had to create a profile with the agency (i.e. give them all my personal info and contacts) and take a test (a poorly designed computer test)… Without getting into details, I was treated like inanimate working material existing just to keep the agency busy. It seems they didn’t have any real job at all.
It’s the worst agency I have ever dealt with.

It was a process of humiliation and not to find a job. HP manager devoid of tact in dealing with people.

This review is for the company, but more for it’s administrative track (they have a bunch of divisions, including those for teaching subs and event catering).
I have to say, I was floored. I’d heard bad things about temp agencies before, but due to only having a part time job, I decided to try one out to earn some more income on top of that. I was shocked to see just how helpful they were.
The agency was professional, thorough, and as long as you kept in touch, gave a steady stream of work. Of the 5 months I was with them, there were only about 2 – 3 weeks of combined days where I wasn’t working. I liked the diversity (I did everything from coat-​checking at Columbia University, to helping an auction of Ancient Chinese artwork in Midtown), and the reliability. Best of all, I wound up with a temp-​to-​perm job at the end of it.
If you’re struggling for a job for whatever reason, I would HIGHLY recommend this agency. Their agents are absolutely top-​notch at getting you back in the workforce.
