Our sessions can range from relaxation to focused work on injuries, and improving posture is one of our specialties. Our lead therapist has extensive experience working with chiropractors, giving her a well rounded knowledge of postural issues and solutions.

Our owner and lead therapist, Montez has been a massage therapist for over 15 years. her techniques include swedish, shiatsu, thai massage, medical, deep tissue and sports massage.
