Meet the Business Owner

Alexander J. S.

Business Owner

Alexander Segal established his stellar reputation as an immigration expert the old-fashioned way. He developed his love for immigration law while working at a law firm to pay for his law school. When he established his law practice, he focused on the most intricate aspects of immigration law, often taking numerous pro bono cases. Although he handles all immigration matters, the vast majority of his work is concentrated on difficult immigration issues including Immigration Court representation, appellate work before the Board of Immigration Appeals, Administrative Appeals Office and U.S. Court of Appeals nationwide. His experience also includes immigration cases dealing with criminal convictions, hardship and Home Residency Requirement waivers and Asylum. He is also well versed in all aspects of employment related visas and employment-based immigrant categories. His commitment to continuing education has brought him success to some of the most outlandish cases in immigration history.
