Matt and Scott run an awesome class! I’ve made it a part of my permanent fitness routine and can’t get enough. Every class, I walk away feeling better, stronger and blown away by something I’ve learned. Their personal attention and emphasis on safety, form and function builds a level of trust that is difficult to find. Part strength, part cardio circuit — The Kitchen gets your heart rate up in a second! You’ll be pushing yourself in a safe environment, sweating all over the place and having a great time doing it.

Scott and Matt’s class is an energetic, upbeat challenge for any fitness level. Their attention to detail in a large class is above par, and creates a safe, progressive environment to enjoy pushing yourself to your personal limit. I’ve never worked so hard in a class; the combination of varying choreography, demand for excellence, focus on form, and non-stop physical intensity make this one of the finest and most fun classes I’ve been to. Before I could blink, the hour was(sadly) over!

Awesome new class for my routine!!! Challenging my strength, while cooking up the cardio. I love! The walk across on the floor ladder was harder than I thought, lol! I will conquer next week!
