The Highline Loft is 2500 SF of raw, true loft space to host your party, event, cocktail party, or whatever you desire overlooking the beautiful Highline Park. Located in the trendy West Chelsea Arts Building, in far West Chelsea, an up and coming area offering hot contemporary artists. new restaurants, lounges, and dance clubs.

For a more elaborate evening, make your evening a dynamite experience and use our creative directors to assist you with full production and creating the loft space to host your imagination.

Our professional staff, if needed, ranges from creative directors, top interior designers, and TV and event producers. We will pull in this staff if your party is more elaborate and decadent.

The Highline Loft offers competitive rates and a full service freight elevator with load in dock for large deliveries.

History

Established in 2009.

During the Height of the Economic meltdown, Gloria Naftali and Andrea Mitchell teamed up to showcase a small business in an empty loft space in Mrs Naftali’s Building The West Chelsea Building. Andrea Mitchell’s business and Entrepreneur mindset along with Gloria Naftali’s philanthropic and business mind the two women came together to do something good in the art community and The Highline Loft was born.

The idea of this loft is to rent out to companies and then donate to artist who would normally never have the opportunity to showcase there works in New York City. «Thus far this business model has proven to be extremely rewarding» says Gloria Naftali 2012 and continues to do more and more good within the art community adds Andrea Mitchell.

Gloria and Andrea have been the best of friends since Andrea established her past internet company in 2005. «Its an honor working with Gloria on all levels «I learn something new everyday I am with her about human kindness/​giving back»
