If your looking for a nice and big gap don’t come here it’s a total disappointment. So if you plan in coming here on purpose it’s a bad idea want to know why hmmmm like most gaps they have lots of clothes and things that gap online has, but I thought I went in the wrong store afterwards that’s how much I thought«whoa this can’t be gap » I didn’t go to the men’s Lower Level but I went from the woman & woman body level(first main floor) up to the 2nd floor for kids and baby and I think I would give that part a higher rating than for the woman they have a fitting room and restrooms in that level(and probably on other levels) .But still I didn’t feel like a shopping in an upscale gap The place was clean and everything but I thought it was trashy and plus everything that says it’s on sale isn’t so … This gap has a staircase that goes from the first main floor to the lower Level and the upper level this gap also has 2 elevators on each floor that go to each level(idk why cause it’s so tiny) I ended buying 1 woman tee from the woman’s first main floor, and some jogger pants from the kids upper level

Layout is really terrible, music is BLASTING. I was going to buy two things but abandoned them as I could not take the music volume any longer.

Usually I don’t have a problem with Gap. Clothes are a-ok, staff is nice enough, the stores are usually very clean and organized. But then there’s this one. This one is particularly annoying because of the silly layout — strange narrow u-shaped space that doesn’t allow for any flow of any kind. It’s totally awkward to sling shot yourself around the store when there’s a cash register taking up an entire corner and a long line of customers all trying to take advantage of the 40% sale. Such an annoying store to visit. I’d rather take the extra ride up to Union Square and visit the spacious well laid out store.

«Mind the G A P in the Financial District» A GAP in the Financial District of Manhattan? Yes, it does exist now in 2015 era. Staff are nearly nonexistent upon entrance to meet and greet as they neither acknowledge if I needed assistance. I needed new pants… something skinny or slim fit style and maybe new ballet flat shoes to be added to my closet. However, upon scanning the women’s department I did not see anything that appeal to my interest. Three stars– minimum for their fashion and style. The name G A P certainly has a huge gap in customer service skills for their lack thereof– ZERO stars. Behavior breeds behavior.
