History
Established in 2015.
Bringing Jianbing to NYC is more than just bringing a new food to the city, it is bringing part of our home, a piece of our culture, a slice of China. In Northern China, Jianbing is found on nearly every corner of every city!
The Flying Pig’s Jianbing is made of a unique and scrumptious flour and egg batter, that is then lined with the Chinese delicacy Bao Cui — a crispy, deep fried fritter that is extremely thin, (sometimes nearly transparent), and perfectly delicious! It gives the Jianbing its touch of crunchiness.
The Flying Pig’s specialty Jianbing is one filled with Hong Shao Rou pork belly, and lightly coated with a special sauce.
