History

Established in 1998.

Owner Abby Arauz, experienced a ten-​year career as a Rockette traveling the world and dancing on stage at the famous Radio City Music Hall.

During this time, with Abby’s extensive work in the entertainment industry along with the creative spark in her eye for art & style, was inspired to develop The Feather Place NYC & LA as a source for buying feathers within the costume and fashion industry. The Feather Place Showrooms are located in the heart of the Garment/​Fashion Districts and caters to clients in the entertainment and event industries and provides a vast array of feathers for:

Manager

Feather Girl Zandrah Stoneburner started off in Michigan where she received an Associates Degree of Performing Arts while also studying Massage Therapy and Healing Arts. After moving to New Orleans, Zandrah continued to developed herself as an artist, choreographer and costume designer. From fire performance and burlesque, to trapeze with Aerial Inc., and dancing with can-​can troupe, Le bon bon Cerises, Zandrah remained an active artist while also balancing a career within the Spa Industry; which gave her 10 years of experience in business management.
