Established in 1997 East Corner is one of the most reputable Chinese antique dealers in NYC. It has built 80% retail (veteran collectors and casual shoppers) and 20% professional decorators. It amassed an impressive inventory of furniture, jade, porcelain, and paintings, which come from virtually every corner of the world as the company maintains strong relationships with museums, dealers and collectors in San Francisco, London, Paris, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. Since its inception, East Corner always believes that it is important to educate prospective clients with detailed descriptions, prices, and full disclosure of provenance on each item. Zhenhua J.

Business Owner

Zhenhua Jiang is the Art Appraiser for East Corner, specializing in Chinese archaic jade and Ming & Qing furniture and other Chinese antique objects. He is widely published in his native country China as well as USA and does research with curators from the Shanghai Museum and Tianjin Artistic Museum. Click here for some of his publications. Mr. Jiang got his Master of Art in History of Chinese Literary Criticism from East China Normal University, Shanghai, China and he was a Ph.D. Candidate in Comparative Literature in Gent University, Gent, Belgium.
