I love living here! I have been a resident /owner for over 3 years and it’s a great building. PROs: Apartments actually have space and are designed for real people to live in them. For example, there are great closets, large rooms and even a storage area. FIOS has also wired the builidng Doorman and staff are great — they are always very helpful and extremely friendly to me and my guests Facilities — the common room is relaxing and the pool is amazing! There is also a beatiful roofdeck that is open year round and wifi through out the roof. The gyms are nice(one cardio and one weight lifting). The weight machines are pretty dated and there are no free wieghts, but they don’t charge you anything to use the gym. There are also large locker rooms that each have a dry sauna — great for the winter. Location — I like being in midtown because I am close to everything and can walk to work. CONs: Laundry — on every floor and great machines, I just wish they were 24hours instead of 9am to 11pm Location — would be nice to be closer to the subway and the tunnel traffic can be a pain sometimes. Overall, a GREAT place to live!

My buddy(and Unilocal legend) Ryan F. lives here and is nice enough to entertain his old high school buddies and his volleyball teammates a few times a summer. This place is great. While Ryan kills it with the apps and light wraps, the roof deck is great(nice views, picnic tables and a good size) and how can you beat a pool in Manhattan? The building itself is maintained nicely and the doormen are very friendly. If you aren’t friends with Ryan, stake him out, follow him into a bar, buy him a beer and maybe you’ll get an invite next time.
