Great theater complex on 36 th street. They have 5 theaters in the bldg. small intimate setting. Most shows run about 6 weeks. Always changing really worth checking out.

Nice little venue for a theater performance. I saw a show from The Actor’s Project here (which was very well done, by the way). Tight seating but it is a small, intimate space that has air conditioning. I was slightly annoyed that the building folk didn’t have the elevator turned on to get here as I was going in but other than that, I don’t have much to complain about.
The waiting area outside the theater is small & has very little seating but for what it is, it is definitely one of the nicer venues compared to some theaters I’ve been to in NYC. I can’t speak for backstage areas but if you can get your show performed here, your audience should be satisfied.
