Each home includes a modern renovated kitchen and bath, oak parquet or wood strip floors. Some apartments also contain unique features such as fireplaces, skylights, extra high ceilings and expansive private terraces.

Amenities include 24-hour concierge service, a landscaped roof deck, a rooftop children’s playground, an indoor children’s playroom, and a modern fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment.

History

Established in 1994.

Located in the upscale West Village of Manhattan, the West Coast is just steps from the charming cobblestone streets of the Meatpacking District, with its elegant boutiques, fine dining restaurants and bars. The High Line and the new Whitney Museum are both located right next door.

One of the most desirable parts of Lower Manhattan, the West Village is a truly charming section of the City, stretching between Houston Street and 15th Street, from the Hudson River to Seventh Avenue. West Village is a partially pedestrian portion of Greenwich Village that boasts beautiful brownstones in a largely residential area.

The sun shines brighter here since the buildings are shorter than in the rest of Manhattan and there’s no better place to enjoy it than at The High Line, a raised landscaped art, culture, dining park area connecting Gansevoort Street to 20th Street.
