If you’re looking for a place for a quick bite to eat before a concert — this is the place. Upstairs, there’s a great little bar with the delightful Javier behind it on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. It is an extensive menu of tapas that cater for both vegetarian and meat-​eaters. Lovely sangria, excellent chat and most of all — an interest in people and travelers. I left my ring in the restroom and in a panicked frenzy, I went back 6 hours after I left it there. A very helpful staff member downstairs called Javier, and he returned to the bar (even though he was in bed!) and had my ring. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Sometimes you try to find a restaurant that is different, especial, warm, friendly, welcoming and fun in Chelsea, and you may find yourself limited. Terraza Madrid seems it brings all these with its beautiful terrace on the 2nd floor and fabulous Spanish tapas. You will not think you are in Chelsea, you will think you are on vacation :) enjoying great drinks and delicious authentic Spanish tapas!!! Terraza Madrid is the hidden jewel of Chelsea;) you need to experience it and see it for yourself.

Its a perfect environment to hang out with friends! Went to have a Sunday brunch and ordered the Spanish omelette and it was delicious! And the service is 100% great! One of my new favorite spots! Highly recommend it!

I had my bday here this year. I loved it. The waiters are handsome and nice, they made sure we had our drinks refilled during the brunch. The food was good, small but who cares we were there to drink! I loved it and recommend this place for anyone in the summer wanting to gather up! :)

Let me start off with saying that had I not liked the outdoor space, I would have given this place 2-​stars.
My friend recommended that we have a group gathering here since it was pretty much quiet and not overly crowded. The drinks were decent, but I was hoping for better… the food was tasty. The service was friendly, but once it gets busier, it took some time to get noticed. I did appreciate the owner/​manager coming to make sure we were doing good.
Go for the sangrias, stay for the food!

I love the happy hour menu– $ 5 sangrias that were not too sweet. Delicious! The owner/​manager was really nice. He came up to our table to chat with us. Service was good, the waiters were nice.
I hate to write a not nice review when everyone was so nice to us there, but the food really wasn’t outstanding.
The bread they served us was not warm. The dishes we ordered were meh.
The octopus was just ok. The croquettas were ok as well. The only dish I liked was the chorizo.

I love this place! The happy hour menu is great– you get $ 5 sangrias and they are very good! The staff there is very friendly and there’s a nice terrace if you want to go outside. I would recommend this place if you want to try something new. Viva Espana!
