response to Taube M.- Not at all surprised to see you respond nearly a year later. Classic Taube.
It is not the unit owner’s responsibility to repair broken glass when this building is made of glass. OUR WALLS ARE GLASS. There was a shattered glass panel in a hallway common area for over three years. Your team was unresponsive or super slow to respond, as you just provided another example of, and unable to manage the upkeep of this building. Those are just a few of the reasons our building has retained another management company and no longer work with your company.

Worst management company. Be ready to contact 311. They have too many properties to manage than they can handle. They’re extremely terrible with communication via phone or email. They will not give any urgent matter the attention it deserves. God Bless.
