Tasti D-Lite

I’ve been coming to this yogurt store for years now. Always super nice staff, and great frozen yogurt flavors. I have never seen a frozen yogurt place to have such a plethora of toppings — and fresh to say the least! This place is beyond incredible. I love their double stuffed Oreo flavor, toasted almond (they don’t have this one often though), birthday cake, and their mango is quite refreshing if you’re not in the mood for anything too creamed based. I literally take quarts of frozen yogurt home to my apartment in the city and even back home to my parents home on Long Island. They’re not as fresh and great as when having it directly from the machine that day, but it’s definitely a hit at my home.
They have a hugeeeee selection of candy as well. All of the sour candies you could think of as well as chocolate! Before heading to AMC movie theaters down the block I always pick up a bag of goodies! Definitely recc. Doing that! Their prices are reasonable for the city! Wish they had one closer to where I lived in midtown east.

I always stop by here on my way to the movies at Kips Bay to grab some candy from the wall — such a good selection! They always have a bunch of self serve tasti flavors, as well as a TON of toppings. If you have a sweet tooth this is 100% going to be your go-​to place.
Also, they have every type of Oreo known to man which is definitely a bonus.

Tried the yogurt place next door a day before, before going here. I must say that I like this place more. The yogurt isn’t that sweet, i love the cake batter flavor. They have a vast assortment of toppings I felt overwhelmed cause there are so much to choose from.

Loved this place so much that I literally brought the first one to Los Angeles (and I was never in the food industry before eating Tasti) The product is so much better than traditional frozen yogurt as you don’t feel sick after eating it. Not only tastes creamy and delicious but no sugar crash or bloating after. Dessert Your Guilt!

I usually hate frozen yogurt. Came here with my girlfriend, not planning on getting anything. But that changed the second I walked in the door.
Everything about this place is perfect for a self serve dessert place. Tons of toppings. And I mean tons. I got the vanilla yogurt and just piled on scoops of everything that looked good. By the end I think I had more candy than frozen yogurt.
It was delicious — I think the yogurt was delicious but it didn’t really matter considering it probably had a whole health bar and butterfinger in it. And super cheap (these places are usually rip offs). Will be back!

Best frozen yogurt place I’ve ever been! They have more toppings than I’ve ever seen at a place like this (they even have about 10 different types of oreos).
The frozen yogurt was delicious and I was super impressed with the variety of toppings offers. And it wasn’t too expensive (filled two cups with yogurt and tons of toppings for about $ 10).
Will definitely be back!

Fact: This place is magical.
100’s of different toppings. 10 different type of oreos. Around 18 different yogurt flavors. Candy everywhere. Regular Ice cream in the front. Big TVs.
As a frequent flier, as soon as I walk in they hand me a stack of sample cups as I take about ten minutes to sample all of the flavors. I fill my cup up to the top and its only $ 6 dollars. Where at 16 handles it would be $ 10, accompanied by a dirty look for being a fatass. Tasti D-​Lite embraces and supports my sweet tooth needs and frequently discounts my orders.

Anytime I’m in this part of town, I love going to tasty delight because of the never ending toppings selection! This place is insane! The froyo flavors are, of course, delicious, but the toppings are what makes this location unique. For example, they have more than 10 varieties of Oreos! Regular, golden, Apple, peanut butter, mini, chocolate covered, birthday cake, this and that. It’s crazy haha! You wished they’ve had something? Look for it because chances are, they have it! Liquid toppings? You’ve got it, and they can be pumped, which is so much more convenient that the annoying squeaky bottles…
I love that they also have a lot of fresh fruits for health nuts like me! The other day I got tart flavor with strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, banana, and pomegranate! So yummy!

The toppings all tasted old and stale. I would rather go to 16 Handles where the toppings are fresh.

They have so many toppings it’s insane. The flavored are also unique. The best part is how cheap it is.

The frozen yogurt is very light and refreshing– perfect for a hot day. The only thing is that you can tell it is water-​based as it is not as creamy as other froyo places. While the froyo itself is pretty healthy, the endless topping options undo this pretty fast. They have every kind of Oreo, candy, sauce, as well as fruit. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.

I have been to Tasti D-​Lite before but never one that was self-​serve, so I was excited to try it out when I moved to the area. There yogurt is delicious, I particularly like the Vanilla Crème flavor. The best part about Tasti D-​Lite is their topping selection. They have absolutely everything you can imagine from rice krispie treats to oatmeal cream pies to sour patch kids to fruit. They also have every flavor of oreo cookies. It was a little overwhelming to say the least. The candy selection were a little stale, but overall was very good and I will most certainly be back soon!

Better than 16 handles. Unlimited choices of topping s, the oreo flavor is to die for and no guilt. Staff very friendly and helpful!

$ 5.75 for an Icecream cone?! All served with the most rolling of eyes and huffing and puffing that I’ve ever seen in my life– and by the manager? On top of all of this, the taste was TERRIBLE. And the sprinkles tasted Iike metallic chemical. My 2 year old tasted it and declared it «not yummy, no thank you.» Threw it out almost immediately after leaving. The only star is for the nice Hispanic man who handed the cone to my daughter with a smile on his face while the manager scowled at us from behind the counter.

So many choices!!! Froyo is delic but really the candy, cookies and fruit are where it is at! Folks behind the counter are super friendly and even gave me my rainbow cookie for free! WIN! Perfect late night snack.

On est vraiment dans le rêve américain: comment, à partir d’un simple «frozen yogourt» proposer des milliers de toppings associés. Cet endroit est juste INCROYABLE!!!
Si on né délire pas trop sur les toppings, on s’en tire avec une douceur à 70 calories, on pèse le pot et on paye au poids (vraiment pas cher)
Ici le choix prime sur la qualité, cela reste du pur industriel mais pour le fun, cela vaut le coup d’aller essayer. Une véritable caverne d’Ali Baba des toppings

50 cents an ounce for froyo seems a bit much to me, but the froyo is pretty good. Ask for sample cups at the front counter! I really liked the oreo and graham cracker flavors. On the side they have a freezer with pre-​packed pints and quarts (when I went it was BOGO, not sure if the deal is still going on), but those didn’t taste as fresh or flavorful as the self-​serve froyo. The owner is super curt, but the other workers are much nicer!

I’ve been coming to this Tasti location for almost a year now to fulfill all my froyo cravings. There is nothing «lite» about this place whatsoever, so forget about a diet-​friendly dessert when this place is half self-​serve froyo and half CANDY STORE. My inner child jumps for joy upon entry each time.
From their flavors changing daily (and wow oh wow they have a BURNT SUGAR flavor! Have mercy, please!), to their wall of candy you can purchase by the pound, you can forget about all the competitors in the area.
Indulge. Pour Nutella all over the gummy bears and Reese’s you dumped all over your half-​birthday-​cake-​half-​marshmallow frozen yogurt concoction. Call it a day. Rinse and repeat the next time a craving strikes.

Candy:
–I’m a big fan of anything sour and $ 5 per half pound seemed like average pricing.
–I was impressed with the plethora of options but quite disappointed with the sour candy overall. I tried two variants of strawberry sour straws, strawberry sour belt, apple sour belt, sour cola gummy, sour gummy bear and sour patch kids.
–The most sour was the apple sour belt followed by the strawberry sour belt.
