Takesushi Restaurant has been serving authentic Japanese cuisine in the New York area for over 35 years. At Takesushi, our philosophy is to create a culinary experience that emphasizes the unique identity of each fish. With my extensive experience in the fish industry and an expert team of chefs, I am able to deliver Takesushi customers the freshest seafood at competitive prices.
In 1975, I launched Seafood Atlantic, a fish import/export company which services many prominent Japanese restaurants in New York. I have also developed and maintained a strong relationship with the Bronx Fish Market through my fish wholesale company, Third Generation, and my sea urchin business. As both an experienced businessman in the fish industry and a restaurant owner with a track record of success, I have maintained a good reputation in the Japanese community – both in New York and in Japan. I am passionate about fish and my customers, and am committed to providing an enjoyable dining experience.
