We offer a variety of high intensity small group training classes. Our small group class offer personalized instruction and motivation for RESULTS!
We have a class for all levels: low impact aerobic and functional strength called B.E.S.S.T (balance, endurance, strength, stretching, training); a high intensity athletic aerobic intervals with functional strength class called H.I.T (Heights Intensity Training), for both 30 and 60 minutes; and an interval, skill-based kickboxing class called Kick It. We have a Barre based class for toning and sculpting. We also have Yoga for Athletes and a high energy African dance influenced class, Heights Dance Fusion.
History
Established in 2013.
The Priestly’s have been in the health and wellness business for over 15 years, working in large gym facilities and most recently for the last 8 years with private clients. The are certified trainers and holistic lifestyle coaches.
