STIX Creator and Owner Stathis Antonakopoulos has traditional Mediterranean quality in his blood. His latest creationSTIX is inspired from numerous visits to the Mediterranean and his love for the cuisine. He held the previous position as Director of Operations for Kellari Hospitality Group, including restaurants in New York City and Washington DC. A restaurateur at heart, Antonakopoulos’ passion for authentic and innovative Mediterranean cuisine stems from fond childhood memories of his grandfather’s hotel and restaurant by the beaches of the Corinthian Gulf. Antonakopoulos has a commitment to a total hospitalityexperience that is driven by his affinity to entertaining people (philoxenia). His years of leadership in the restaurant industry have only strengthened his commitment to providing top-notch service in a unique and welcoming setting. A proud alum of Baruch College, Antonakopoulos is excited to be back to the Flatiron /Gramercy district andnearby alma mater commun
