I help you to slow down, to unravel the assumptions you have about yourself, about others, and about your problems, that prevent you from living life in creative and gratifying ways. You discover that there are other ways to see and live life, and that you can create them.

I work with individuals, couples and groups: creative people, businesspeople, parents, helping professionals, women, LGBT community, men, people of color and not.
