More spacious than many of them since they do have a second floor you can go to. They also have a restroom, as is required by law at all the Starbucks locations(per a former friend who worked there). For some reason, though, they had a LONG line at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. It was so long you couldn’t tell which one was for ordering and which one was for the bathroom. One guy thought I was standing in line though I told him I wasn’t & was simply waiting on my husband to use the bathroom. Otherwise, it’s much like any other Starbucks. Maybe since they have a second floor, this would be the one for hanging out & taking meetings. the stuff are grate and the coffee also

More of a tea person, was here today coz I needed a pick-me-up.The app’s made it a lot easier to do a grab and go — still not comfortable using rewards on the app though.

I came to this Starbucks for a very casual interview with an employee from yet another start-up company and this Starbucks is slightly smaller than the one on 86th street &9th Avenue and doesn’t have as much seating area as the other one I’ve been too. It can get difficult finding seats especially if you come around 12PM. I was lucky enough to find an empty seat by the window and counter and the gentleman next to us overheard that we were going to have a meeting so he gave up his seat to the woman I was meeting with. Overall, this Starbucks is okay and definitely not the best or biggest one I’ve been to.

Welcome to Starbucks, 87th St and Lexington Ave where they can F up even the simplest of orders. Facile requests like«no ice» are basically rocket science to the lifeless drones that occupy space behind the register here. Don’t look for any kind of customer service skills at this location. You’ll only get rudeness, even when they blatantly screw up the order that you purposely repeated to them five times before, in hopes that they wouldn’t vamp an extra 15 mins out of your day with their incompetence. In fact, they’ll probably find a way to blame you as if it’s your job to make the coffee. If you throw a hissy fit, they might fix the problem, but otherwise they’ll stare at you with their dead hopeless eyes, or just walk away. What happened to customer service? I’d rather slam myself in the face with the blunt end of a hammer than go to this location.

There are so many Starbucks in New York City, you don’t even have to gps for one just keep walking and you’ll run into one. What I love about Manhattan having so many of them is you get very tried from site seeing and walking you need a place to rest and recharge yourself and phones. Starbucks is a saver yo that. This one has a upstairs and I love this one the best so far since I been here. It’s very clean and the staff is nice.

Starbucks is Starbucks — not a ton of variation, and you know that you’re going to get reasonable quality. However, my big complaint is that there’s always a long line. Time is of the essence on my way to work, and I’ll often walk right past it on my way to the subway after I see how long the line is

I came here to «study» one evening and in the end, I didn’t really get any studying done. I came here on a Thursday evening(9−10pm) and sorry to say this, but the employees here were ratchet as hell. I purchased a salted caramel hot frappucino so I can stay here to hit the books and I was greeted with the cashier screaming to her outsider friend about getting«lit» for an upcoming Halloween party. Her mood quickly changed as she noticed me getting ready to place my order and she greeted with with a «Hi, what can I get you?» As I sat down with my drink, I couldn’t help but notice the one specific employee(cashier)acting the way she acted. She was complaining about her work and was expressing how she was thanking God about how her next shift isn’t until Sunday. A couple of customers came in asking to use the bathroom and she quickly denied them by saying how it was out of order but in reality, she didn’t want them using it because she had just finished cleaning it. Overall, I’ve never had any bad experiences with this Starbucks before. Maybe next time, I’ll just buy my drink and go and not stay.

Closest one to one of my doctors’ offices, so whenever I’m running early or need to refuel on caffeine before I return to the office, I’ll stop in. OK, I’ll try to. It’s pretty busy in here(not uncommon in these places) but they don’t ever seem to handle the rush very well. At least, they make you the right drink here despite all the hustle and bustle. That said, you can go in and have a swell experience when it’s not crowded and move quickly. I often don’t have time to grab a latte here if I have 10 minutes to spare before therapy. Need more like 15, but this is a midday activity, so they should do better. And yes, I’m selfishly asking that they do better about once a week, in the noonish hours to accommodate my single, weekly visit to this location.

Any Starbucks with a clover machine is a 5 star in my book. Especially love when the barista knows what he’s talking about when it comes to the brews. The getting a venti cup of iced water was a plus also when asking for iced water, usually only get a tall when it’s asked for

This Starbucks is always slow then today I didn’t even get anything because I asked the barista taking orders about the 20th anniversary frappaucino & he’s like«I’m new I don’t know!» Uhm he should’ve gotten assistance… Most of my time on the meter(parking) was me being on line then to get the counter & not get help; i’m disgusted to say the least!

Really, really rude baristas who refuse to remake your order even when they screw it up. Actually stopped frequenting Starbucks because this location was the last straw, and I’ve found that there are many much, much better places to obtain coffee drinks that aren’t pumped with preservative-filled syrups like the ones used at Starbucks.

Morning staff rocks at this Starbucks! Not always, but mostly. Always a great thing when people are cheery at 6:15am, listen I know it’s early so the smile is much appreciated! And it’s a good feeling when baristas remember«your usual.» I hate grumpy baristas but I can attest that at this spot your drink is done RIGHT and with a smile before 6:30am.

Pretty much like the Starbucks everywhere else in the world. A good cup of coffee and the internet. Even the pastry selections were very similar to California. You are good Starbucks… but you still aren’t Peets.

Starbucks is awesome, they are always on a corner or in between blocks if you are looking for one, and its good every single time. But this review is not about the shop, its about the Caramel Flan Latte, I love caramel, I love caramel anything. I would eat a mud pie if it had caramel drizzled on the top of it. This latte on the other had was gross, it tasted like caramelized cigarettes. Lol, I don’t know, anything nasty flavored you can think of add caramel to it and that’s how it tasted.

I used to go here instead of Effy’s next door or even Stargate, a diner down the street. Both unfriendly places. Starbucks is just normal. Thanks for just normal.

Stopped by here on my way to the Guggenheim, wasn’t expecting so many people to be at this UES location in the middle of the day. I was very surprised about how big the location actually was. I needed some caffeine so I ordered a tall iced coffee with milk and sugar with LIGHT ice. The cashier wrote that very clearly on my cup, but somehow the barista didn’t read it and gave me a cup with entirely ice. Not to mention, my drink lacked milk and sugar. Waste of my $ 2.50. Get it together, Starbucks.

I don’t like coffee, but sometimes it’s a necessity. The is one of the locations with a clover machine which means you can get unique flavors not available at other locations. I understand that all Starbucks are the same, but some are the same in a better way.
