Price is super marked up. Doesn’t participate in any specials that are emailed by Starbucks corp. And over staffed with bunch of idiots.

Not 100% certain but it seems like they mark up their prices– a LOT. Guess that’s the price you pay for the «convenience» of Starbucks coffee at the Javits center. Tried the Café Espresso Frappacino for the first time– holy sweetness and this is NOT coffee, tyvm. It’s mainly milk and sugar. Tossed before finished with it. Will have to venture out and get better coffee elsewhere.

Worst Starbucks ever!!! Staff had an attitude and after waiting in line for more than 15 minutes I get to the front and they tell me they don’t except the Starbucks rewards. What Starbucks doesn’t honor rewards after all the money I spend there. Argh super annoyed.

All foodservice in the Javits Center is abysmal. The food court is the worst offender — $ 4.50 for a Snapple? $ 13 for an industrial sandwich? — but the 2nd floor Starbucks kiosk is no better.
Save yourself the headache; go outside and patronize one of the food trucks instead.

The entire staff was literally rolling their eyes at every single one of their customers! This was the first time I literally feared requesting 2% milk with my Machiatto. Actually I got an extra glare for saying Machiatto instead of «Caramel Machiatto.» It kinda cracked me up cause it was like a MAD TV or Saturday Night Live skit… but it wasn’t! lol
Bottom line… if you’re a tough cookie then you can handle these biatches.
