I’ve been to many Starbucks but this Starbuck’s has the worst customer service ever!!! I will never go back to this location again! I will go to Pret A Manger for my daily coffee from now on.

Tend to stop here every morning before work. A typical NYC small Starbucks with limited seating against the window. A busy store that moves quite fast. It’s clean with mostly friendly and competent staff, over the course of 9 months I’ve found they have a few employees that honestly don’t belong behind the register and constantly mess up the order but otherwise it’s well run.

This Starbucks is on the way to work — it’s on the right side of the street. The mobile ordering is amazzzzing. I place an order when I get on the 7 train at Times Sq and it’s usually more than ready by the time I pick it up on the way to work. As someone who doesn’t like holding piping hot coffee, I don’t mind letting it cool off a bit. The employees are all friendly too. Good job, Starbucks. I stopped patroning your shop since the location across my office is a mess.

It’s understood that Starbucks, in general, isn’t the best coffee place but it’s fairly reliable. This location is by far the worst of their chain. I walk in, look left and then right, to see if there was seating available and there was plenty. That was red flag #1. As I contemplated what to order, the bitch of a cashier tells me «there’s no bathroom». What? I tell her I’m not looking for a bathroom so she says«oh, then what do you want?» I’m with my child so I wasn’t about to tell her what I really want is for her to go downstairs and jump on the train tracks so I order a simple iced vanilla latte. Then, the other bitch barista calls out my drink and I say thanks. I taste it and there’s no vanilla. I tell her and she grabs my drink, squirts some vanilla syrup, and slams my drink on the counter. To add the cherry on top of this visit, she then says, «you’re welcome» like I owe her something. Seriously? Oh, and the latte she made me was one of the worst I’ve ever had so I threw it out. It wouldn’t surprise me to find out this hood rat spit in it. I really hope this manager reads this and fires these garbage employees and hire people that actually take some pride in their work

I prefer the Starbucks in Grand Central!!! The staff here are rude, very dismissive, and always mess up my drinks.

Came in at 2:30pm on a Saturday for mocha frapuccino and wifi. As starbucks locations go, it doesn’t get better! Friendly staff, clean, not crowded, plenty of seating, fast wifi.

This Starbucks is off of Lexington Avenue it feels like every other Starbucks in the city it’s not very big on the inside. There are chairs that you can sit down up against the window and look out onto the street. This is not a Starbucks that I would want to bring a computer and sit down and try to focus on work. This location does have a tendency to be crowded. Both times that I have come here I have gone around two to 3 o’clock in the afternoon and it was fairly empty just a few people sitting around. Good spot to grab some tea. Overall the Starbucks is your typical Starbucks there’s nothing special about it service in the morning to slow.

This is the only Starbucks in the city. I know it’s crazy, but it’s true. This is the only real Starbucks in Manhattan. If you look closely, you’ll notice all the other«starbucks’s» are in fact«Starbutts.» Hopefully, Starbucks will open more stores like this one soon — it is fant astic.

This is MYJOINT!!! They all know my drink by heart and it’s perfection every time. Every time I walk in here, the staff is so friendly and fun I feel like they will break out in song and dance like the staff at Johnny Rockets! They really make my morning latte THAT much better!

It’s really too bad there’s neither much seating nor a bathroom, but the employees are just so friggin nice. Case in point: during the holidays, Starbucks did this«buy five get one free» promotion for the holiday drinks. Not really a great deal when you think about it, but I bought into it like a total sucker. Early January, I was still trying to get my [second] card filled, even though technically I wasn’t supposed to be doing that anymore as the holidays are officially over(yes, Starbucks, I know, I get it, we’re all depressed in the dead of winter now, no free drinks for you, and that new caramel flan latte you’re trying to sell as your January drink isn’t making matters much better). I bought a gingerbread latte at another location to try and get one of the stickers, but when the guy couldn’t find them right away, he found an easy out by reminding me that the promotion had ended. But here, the barista actually looked for the stickers, and upon finding them, gave me TWO stickers so I could go ahead and get my free drink already. And otherwise, they’re just friendly in general.

Usually go for my. Morning coffee and sometime breakfast, Cucina wasn’t on my breakfast list today … Anywho went to get a spinach feta wrap and when I went to bite into it yukkk it was cold with ozzin watery liquid coming out from not being warmed up properly. Smh, rushing when it wasnt even packed, on top of that not even a simple«We’re Sorry», but all the excuses in the world of how it could of happened .,. I really don’t want to hear the BS just make it right next time, pay attention, because they felt the coldness through the bag when I bring it right back to them…

extremely rude staff. I went in to purchase a coffee and a gift card and the cashier put the money on the gift card and then swiped it to pay for my coffee… When I confused as to why she would do that, she acted like I was crazy for thinking that was an absurd action. Took 5 minutes to rectify the situation while the line was growing. went in the next day and the same girl practically threw my breakfast sandwich at me & walked away.

I agree with Lexi M. staff is slow. I never come here if I am in a rush. I used to work next door so I was there a lot. No bathroom which is no big deal when I worked next door. I prefer other Starbucks to this one but still use it when I’m around.

I love New York and service here was meh. Could’ve paid better customer service but were talking to each other rather than focusing on customers. Got what I wanted and bounced.

Store #9242 I’ve never dislike Starbucks franchise for either their beverages or food until this very dismay visit. Following a disappointing morning, I was hoping for some comfort, substance for my weary spirit. One turkey and Swiss cheese sandwich at $ 5.75 surely comprises of the four B’s = Bland, Blah, Boo, and Bù(the fourth is Chinese for NO)!! It was immensely dry and even with the two packages of mayo and yellow mustard none was beneficial to bring life to this EEK sandwich. No quality for all the money in the world can surmount to food at this Grand Central Terminal vicinity.

I know what you’re thinking … a Starbucks review? But really, there’s stuff you should know. These guys are open early and on the weekends, which is really useful if you’re in to work early and need coffee for you OR if you’re stuck organizing a meeting nearby. On a Saturday morning, some of the nicest staff helped me get a few boxes of coffee, loaded me down with shopping bags full of cups, sugars and milks to set up a sweet coffee bar in our conference room. All of these things are included in the $ 15 per jug rate. Also good to note that there’s just a bar seating along the window and one tiny café table, so this is more of a grab and go situation than a place to hang out.

I often go to this Starbucks location as it’s across from the office. Other than a fast staff, it’s a Starbucks. I’m in and out but for those who want to sit and relax it might be a good spot. Ample amount of seating whether you’re just sipping on your drink or you want to get on the Wi-fi.

This Starbucks shows that not all the Starbucks is the same!!! I work in the area and tried many Starbucks in the zone(minimum 2 visits to Starbucks a day), this one is certainly the most efficient and friendly one I have ever been in NY. Every morning, regardless the length of queue, you hardly need to wait for more than 7 minutes to get your drink and it normally takes less than that. The stuffs are super friendly and they truly work as a team, unlike some of the places where the stuffs don’t co-operate at all. What I like the most is that, if you visit them a few times a week, they tend to be able to remember what you normally order. It makes you feel like to come back again.

I’ve been putting off this review, mostly out of guilt. I abandoned this Starbucks, and the breakup was rough. It took two whole apartment moves to do so: I switched apartments over a year ago and started taking a different route to work, stopping by a different coffee shop. But about a month after the move, one day I allowed myself to walk over an extra avenue just to stop by here, and WOW! The staff all greeted me and asked where I’d been. They urged me to come back more often. They had my order memorized and my coffee was made while I was still waiting in line. And for the next YEAR, my Tall was upgraded to a Grande more than half the time. It was awesome. The best way to start the day. Staff were always friendly and service was quick. When I moved again a year later to an apartment in an entirely different neighborhood, I really had to finally stop coming here. At the risk of sounding overdramatic about ‘just’ Starbucks: mornings just haven’t been the same since! Details: Morning service is awesome, afternoon not so much. A couple of tables in the corner(I think), but mostly counter seating. Definitely one of the tinier Starbucks, but the line is never longer than ~5 mins in the morning.

Quick review mostly just to remind myself. Starbucks with relatively good customer service and that appear to be relatively empty most of the time. Good study spot! Maybe only seating for like 10 people total, but when everyone comes in here just grabs and drink and goes, it works. Slight issue with there being no bathroom there. oh well.
