Spodek Law Group P.C. was created in an effort to bring the big firm client experience, and skills of a seasoned trial team, with the personal service and flexibility that only a boutique law firm can provide. Our years of family, divorce and criminal trial experience allow us to be efficient and cost effective to our clients. Throughout the years our attorneys have dealt with these legal issues. Our unique teamwork approach allows us to create customized strategies to achieve our clients goals and to ensure that our clients are always protected and never left alone.

Business Owner

Todd A. Spodek grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He received a Bachelor

of Science in Criminal Justice at Northeastern University in Boston,

Massachusetts and his Juris Doctor degree from Pace Law School in

White Plains, New York.

Mr. Spodek represents individuals and businesses in criminal

investigations, grand jury investigations, violation, misdemeanor and

felony cases. Mr Spodek has successfully resolved criminal cases

before an arrest has made, as well as post arrest through strategic

plea bargaining.

Mr. Spodek has secured numerous acquittals at trial for his clients.

Recent trials include Felony Murder, Depraved Indifference Murder,

Assault, Robbery, Menacing, Harassment and Predatory Sexual Assault.

I live in Florida and was involved with immigration for my U S Citizenship, but Immigration wanted more documents from me, since I had lived in New York must of my life the documents were all there. My Florida immigration attorney tried for months to get them but was unable to do it. I was desperate and after a Google search found The Spodek Law Group. I called them and spoke to Mrs. Spodek told her my story and she said they would take the case. Little did I know at the time that I had won the «Attorney Lottery» I highly recommend this firm, they are honest trustworthy punctual and on point. They made me feel like family and every phone call that I made to them was answered quickly and knowledgeably. They fought for me and with the help of Ms. Shantel De Los Santos who is extremely smart and a savvy professional and an ANGEL. The Spodek Law Group got my documents in record time and I will be forever grateful to them. If you are looking to hire a great law firm and sleep well at night they are it.

I can’t say enough about The Spodek Law Group. I recently obtained their services for a very delicate and ambiguous legal problem. I’ve had experiences with lawyers in the past whereby I often felt left in the dark regarding the underpinnings of the legal process as it pertained to my situation. I’d feel frustrated, and anxious, and at times resentful. My experience with this firm was entirely different. Great communication, not overly expensive and I didnt feel like someone was talking down to me or trying to B.S. me. I am writing this review about Spodek Law’s Medicaid Fraud team.
I was the target of a criminal investigation into welfare fraud. I searched in Google (where else?) for law firms that specialize in these types of investigations. Apparently this is quite common, as I found a lot of attorneys advertising this type of representation. I called a few people and setup a few appointments. I only called the free consultation ones.
I spoke with the lawyer that handled a car accident case for my cousin who said I should speak with Todd at Spodek Law. I called an 800 number and spoke with Analiz who setup an appointment for me at their Manhattan office (very close to the HRA office on the letter) I went in with my girlfriend and met with Todd. We discussed the case for a little more then an hour and the consultation was more general then specific to my case. There was no cost, and Todd said to think about and to call him if we decided to move forward.
I then met with two other lawyers. Neither was great so I hired Todd. I had his cell phone number so I just texted him. He told me to come back and Analiz will get me setup as he was at an arraignment. I paid Anaiz by credit card and was setup on their firm website.
The next thing I got was an email notification that a letter of representation was sent out, I logged in and I could see it. I then saw a claim report, my applications, and shortly after a memo detailing the issues in the case. I am not a big phone person and I was happy I can login and see progress at my own schedule. After about 4 month’s the case was done. An agreement had been reached and I paid back a portion of the benefits. It was a «lump sum» payment. If I did installments, it would be higher. I never met with anyone at HRA, I brought a certified check to Analiz and the next thing I got was an email stating that my settlement agreement was uploaded for my review.
Overall I have nothing but praise for this firm. They did what they said they would do. Ultimately this is what counts.
