Business Owner

Evan has been involved in real estate brokerage since 2008, servicing his clients in a range of capacities including commercial leasing, residential property management, and residential leasing, and specializes in luxury sales in Manhattan.

A Southern California native, Evan has lived in Bushwick and Park Slope in Brooklyn, and Midtown and the Upper East Side in Manhattan where he currently resides.

Evan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook class of 2011 and holds a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Finance, and a Minor in International Studies.

In his down time, Evan enjoys playing the piano, taking in the theater, travelling, attending food and wine events throughout the city, as well as escaping to the outdoors to go fishing, camping, and dirtbiking. He also returns to California each year to visit his family and friends.
