I went there once and had an appointment at 11 on a Sunday but it was closed when I arrived. The lady was 10 min late and I thought she forgot about me. So I was a little mad but then I relaxed.
The best thing about this place it’s super quiet and intimate because it’s so small.
They did a good job and I will go back there !

Best customer service I have experienced in a nail salon. Every detailed; I got my nails painted white and don’t see any streaks! Plus you can’t beat that price ($ 25 for mani and pedi) for good service in the city.

My mom and I were in dire need of a mani/​pedi. For Manhattan, $ 25 special mom-​thurs is a steal! The service was great, everyone was so nice and we left with gorgeous feet and nails. Definitely will be back! Such a great find in soho.

They did a great job, very detailed and not careless as you sometimes can get at some salons in the city. I Went in on a whim for a $ 25 mani-​pedi. Ended up here after reading what Unilocalers thought and boy am I happy? Small place, you have to go down a flight to access it, looks nice once you are in and they have tea and fruit infused water.
Will be coming back for sure. Great prices and color selection, plus I do not have to redo my nails after getting home lol :)

I got a $ 25 manicure and pedicure here, and it was one of the best mani/​pedis I’ve gotten anywhere.
It’s been at least 7 days since I got the manicure, and it hasn’t chipped yet! This is because Evia (or Emma… I forget her name) applied 3 coats so that the color would really shine.
The whole experience was very relaxing too, which was because of the great vibe that the technician had.
I’m a bit antsy so I may to start chipping off some of the nail polish myself…

No frills and a little dingy inside — but for the price, figured it was worth a try. Made an appointment for a massage — upon arrival, I was told the masseuse «forgot» and wouldn’t be there for another 30 minutes. No apologies and not even an acknowledgement of messing up. I spent the entire time while waiting for them to sort it out listening to the Chinese woman yelling on the phone and finally left.
It might be good for the price, if you actually receive your service!

This was my first time at Spa sante and I will definitely be coming back. I got a mani pedi for $ 25 (wow!) and Emma was incredible for my massage as well. Very polite, clean and so reasonably priced. This will be my go to nail spot.

Thank you to the two ladies who took care of my boyfriend, and I. I received a gel mani, and reg pedi, while he received both a reg mani and pedi. Only one thing I had to call out my nail tech on, but it was fixed, so no big deal. Other than that, great experience. The price was great too…$ 80 total. I will be back.

I needed a break from work today and ran over to this little hidden gem. The location is small and there are only three stations, however I couldn’t beat the $ 12 manicure price! Owen did my nails and did a spectacular job. I decided to pay the extra $ 10 for a $ 10 minute back massage as my nails dried and it was absolutely worth it. I was in and out in under an hour and very pleased.

Best salon I have been to in NYC! Owen was so great and Emma was as well! I walked in at 9pm on Friday and they even stayed late to finish! My nails are perfect and the massage was heavenly!

Listen I’m giving stars because the women was nice and tried. But let me say, EPICALLY fail at giving a Brazilian … Is a huge reason why training and trying are two very different things. Did I speak my mind at the counter and demand it be half price, yes. But I slim her tip because I told her she shouldn’t be giving Brazilians. Yes. I’m not hiding behind a rating to do my work. But I’m letting it be heard these people either need more TRAINED staff or somethings gotta change. Not only that, but my manicure and pedicure were not done well… Mediocre. I hate to sound like a negative nancy, or a sorry Sally, but it’s true. Also… 20% is GIVEN for proper service… NOT a request by the «craftsmen». End rant.

Ok, this place is AMAZING. If you appreciate a great massage you need to try Spa Sante! They truly work hard and you feel like 1000 bucks when you leave! The price is right and the woman are dolls! Definitely make your way in there!

My friend suggested I come here and I love coming here for my mani/​pedis– for $ 25!
The service here is really great. I’ve gone to a lot of ‘cheap’ mani/​pedi places, and Spa Sante is a hidden gem. I tell people all the time to come here. There are usually only 3 technicians working, so timing is key. You can call ahead and make an appointment (I’ve heard people call ahead).
I’ve waited maybe 30 minutes when I walk in– I don’t mind the wait since I come after work or on the weekend, when other people may consider going.
The staff have been friendly to me every time I go! I need to go back more regularly!

I found this place via Unilocal and took a mani-​pedi for $ 25. I enjoyed it so much! I got to sit on a massage-​chair while my pedi was being done.
After the manicure and pedicure I was leaving and gave a tip to the lady who did my mani. It wasn’t enough, she wanted to get 20%. I understand, but still… It felt kind of rude.
So remember to tip well!

Love it here. Emma really knows her massage. Rooms are clean. I have very tense shoulders and tight lower back. She’s able to find all the kinks and take it out. Coming back next week!

Just no. I guess no one on Unilocal has gotten a wax here. Don’t. The worst eyebrow and Brazilian (or should I say half Brazilian because I left midway through) I’ve ever gotten in my life. Nothing short of a nightmare.
Firstly, I mentioned to the women that I haven’t waxed in a while and I’ll need a trim before we started. She dismissed me and then told me to be quiet because she has other customers. Hmmm… yeah alright. She told me to take off my pants and didn’t even bother to give me any privacy while doing so… and then she started with my eyebrows so I was sitting there, bare ass, just to get my eyebrows waxed. Oh and I later took a better look at my brows only to find out my left eye brow is like a whole inch shorter in the front than the right.
Yeah.
After the eyebrows I was skeptical about whether I should go on with the Brazilian. I decided maybe I shouldn’t and I just told her I don’t think I want to today. She fought me on it saying she’s been doing this for a long time and it will be very fast. And so we proceeded. That’s when the nightmare began.
She trimmed me with hand scissors and continuously battered me about my hair. Alright girl, I got it. I should have been getting waxed on a regular basis, cool I got it. She even asked me if I was Jewish… hah what! How ignorant can you be? And I’m not even in any way of Jewish descent.
We finally got to the waxing part and the wax was so hot and she took forever to get all the wax in one area so I knew she was going to have to go over it again. We finished one side and I was over it. I just told her I wasn’t going to finish and she said we should atleast finish the other side. Fine, whatever, I knew all hope was lost at this point.
So we did the other side. And I just wanted to run home at this point. I kept telling her I was ready to go and she didn’t quite understand that I just was not feeling this session. She asked me why and I had to point out that there was literally hair everywhere, I was all patchy, and to top it off I had to tell her to change her glove because there was a big waxy chunk of hair on it.
OH MY GOD and then someone tried to come in! WHAT! My f*****g legs wide open, crotch out and someone tries to walk in. Holy crap. The worst ever. She starts telling at them in Chinese and I’m sitting there dumbfounded.
Welp, I ended up giving them the money that they didn’t deserve and a descent service tip that I was so reluctant to give. I would give them whatever they asked for at that moment just to get out of that door and never step foot in there again. Just to get home and find more wax and random stray hairs on the back of my thighs and buttcheek.
Don’t ever in go here for a wax ever. Ever. Ever. I shouldn’t have paid for any of that and I wish someone would have warned me before I did.

Wow, so glad we stumbled across this place.
First off, a bit about me. I am OCD and a germ freak. I will not go into places if they
seem slightly dirty let alone a massage. Also, I have major neck/​back/​shoulder pain (hence the OCD), so I often get massages so I am very picky about my massages.
We read the reviews and thought we’d take a chance.
The inside has wood floors and the massage tables were very clean.
The bathrooms could have stood to be a tad cleaner, but even my OCD was ok it that for the price. (I knew I wasn’t going to a Spa)
Well, it may have been one of the best massages ever. It was an acupressure massage with lotion.
Because I went with a friend, they gave us a nice room together. All was very professional. I happen to speak Chinese (but did not mention this at all– probably not fair) but they had to speak to each other a few times during the massage and it was business related, very professional. I have heard sad stories of massage and nail places saying horrible things about customers, so I was very happy they were not that kind of place.
Going back to the massage, I got Lulu. She worked me over and pretty much gave me an awesome deep tissue massage. I checked the time and we had a full hour massage. (I recently have gone to more upscale places and have been cheated with only 45 min massages).
I would recommend Asante… it’s simple with no frills, but clean and decent.
I can’t wait for my next time back in the city. I will definitely return here.

A girl friend and I went to this place after a day of shopping in Soho. It’s very hidden (in the basement down some stairs) but a great find. Mani + pedi for $ 30 on Friday to Sunday’s, and I think even cheaper on the weekdays. The staff took their time and it did not feel rushed or sloppy at all. I even got a shoulder massage for free while I was waiting for my nails to dry! Very happy with the results and I will be back

I walked in here on a Monday afternoon to take advantage of their $ 25 mani-​pedi deal. A young man did my services and he did a nice job. He suggested I get a 10 minute back rub while I dry. He said «I’m very good’. He wasn’t kidding! While I wouldn’t call it relaxing, it was certainly productive. He got knots out of my shoulders that have been there for years! Very worth the extra $ 12!
