Friendliest pharmacy I’ve been to in years. They have been extremely helpful from day one. They ordered me a special sleeve for my wife after she had surgery and it came very quickly. They exchanged a piece for a cane when it was the wrong size. They’ve given me discounts and made transferring prescriptions a breeze. Perhaps most importantly they accept «e-​prescriptions.» I wish I’d known about them sooner.

Fabulous local independent pharmacy that truly caters to the customer. They go above and beyond! They have pretty much all the products you need including a nice line of vitamins/​supplements you can’t find at Duane Reade. If there is something you’d like, they place the order ASAP.
The other day I was extremely sick and ended up having to call an ambulance from their business. The owner made sure I was safe, had water, a place to sit, and called 911 for me. They are great people and worth your business! You won’t be disappointed.

I was very impressed with friendly staff and personal approach provided here. I fill a prescription for the brand medicine and usually pay high copayment. Pharmacist at Smart Aid took time to search for manufacture coupon and helped me save significant amount on my copayment. I was also very pleased with overall warm friendly environment at the store. There was also 25% sale on vitamins and I could not resist buying a few. I am very glad there is a neighbor who really cares!!!

I’m very picky about the products I use and sometimes that makes it very hard for me to get the things I need but the staff at smart aid pharmacy work with me. If they Dont have it they will order it and ask what products you’d like to see in the future. I stock up every time I go there and I just love it. I’d choose this pharmacy hand over fist and if your like me and are conscious of what you out on and in your body you’ll love it as well.
