I dropped my keys down a sidewalk grate while out bar hopping. Luckily for me Sky Locksmith was still open when this unfortunate event occurred. I was met with fast, efficient, and polite customer service can’t recommend anyone else

I visited Sky Locksmith when I urgently needed a set of keys for my pet sitter prior to going away on vacation. I went to several other locksmiths, as well as retailers that cut keys, including Home Depot, before trying Sky, but was turned away each time because the businesses were either closed by the time I returned home from work or did not have the equipment necessary to copy the special «security key» for my front door. Fortunately, Sky is open on Sundays and I walked away with the keys I needed at what I consider a reasonable price. The wait time was very short and the service was excellent — the locksmith even urged me to call right away in the event that the copies didn’t work (they did). I recommend this business highly.

I saw 4 people inside the store when I get in… thought «geeee it takes over 20 minutes». I was wrong. It took only about 15 minuets total. Very fast. Keys worked totally well. Then why 4 stars instead of 5 starts? This place charges slightly higher than other places.(only $ 1 additional for small key). not big deal. 4.5 starts.

I accidentally locked myself out of my apt while forcing myself to do laundry on a Sunday evening. My neighbor was nice enough to call Sky and they were over in 10 minutes. Professional, great service. Highly recommend!
Lesson learned – avoid doing laundry in life!

Felix was great! He came right away on a Sunday afternoon and was able to pick my lock within 15 minutes saving me the expense of drilling the cylinder and replacing the lock. The prices were reasonable and it was worth it considering all of the money, time and frustration we were saved!

Just called for information about power strips with longer than average cords. They are overpriced and the guy on the phone was rude and short with me, rushing me off the phone. Not exactly the way to win new business in the neighborhood.

I went personally to the business to get 2 copies of keys.
I had a visitor staying for the weekend from out of town and the keys that were made for me both did not work. Not only was it a waste of time and money but I called to mention this to the person who works there and he had me on hold for almost 15mins I decided to hold I have the phone on speak. Not the best customer service. I received nothing but attitude.
I would not recommend anyone to this business. Good luck.

Had that dumb moment when you close your front door and immediately realize that the keys are inside. Called Sky locksmith and I was glad I did. They were transparent in their pricing and tried to keep it as cheap as possible. Felix did a great job at picking the lock and saving me from having to pay to replace it. Thanks again!
