These guys are great… after almost getting ripped off by some Hasidic’s across the street, it was nice to find someone who gave me a good deal on an engagement ring and wedding rings. I got a beautiful diamond at an incredible price. Many people mistake my wife’s ring for a Tiffany. I highly recommend these guys!!!

Having read many bad reviews about the entire Diamond District and given my natural skepticism, I was very pleased to find Shally Diamonds. I had been walking around 47th St with my girlfriend to look at diamonds and this storefront both gave me a good impression of its integrity(the sales staff was not at all pushy) and its quality(its rings seemed better crafted than at many other storefronts that we looked at). After a good consultation by Joseph and having found a ring that my girlfriend had fallen in love with, I eventually made an appointment back at Shally. He more than delivered. Not only did he offer diamond prices competitive with those found at , but he also was able to give me an excellent price for a beautiful *handmade* platinum ring modeled on the one that my girlfriend had liked. Despite the great impression that Joseph left me, dropping that type of money on anything still raised some concerns, which I dealt with a wait-and-see approach. When I came back to see the ring, newly-cast, paveed, and set, I was really impressed by its craftsmanship and beauty and, after double-checking the diamond authenticity and GIA laser-engraving, had any remaining doubts about their honesty removed. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a special, possibly hand-crafted, possibly even uniquely-designed ring at very competitive pricing(minus the NYC sales tax… ugh), have a look at Shally Diamonds.
