I work with clients to lessen their feelings of distress and overwhelm in the present, while also exploring deeper issues that may be at the root of their troubles. My style is very active, and I commit to making sure sessions move towards tangible progress. My areas of specialization include adults facing issues of depression and anxiety, gay men, and children and adolescents.

Meet the Business Owner

Sam G.

Business Owner

I am a psychotherapist with more than ten years of experience helping people feel better and live more fulfilled lives. I have studied multiple modalities of psychotherapeutic treatment, and commit to partnering with you to determine what approach is best suited to your needs and goals. Fundamentally, I also believe that without a respectful, collaborative, and connected relationship between therapist and patient, little meaningful progress can be made.

My professional interests are diverse. The core of my practice is about supporting people work through issues around depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, and feeling their daily lives are more meaningful. I have experience and training in work with individuals, couples, youth and children, families, and parents. Whatever your area of concern, I encourage you to contact me so that we can discuss how I might be able to be helpful.
