Security Police & Security Officers of America SPSOA is a Nationwide Security Union and the only security union in the United States that specializes in the representation of both private, public, municipal and federal security professionals under the jurisdiction of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Public Employment Relations Board (PERB), the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board and other agencies.

History

Established in 2013.

SPSOA is a grassroots Union given birth by professional security officers in New York City. Our commitment is to improve working conditions, provide job security, and negotiate comparable wages to the values of the work performance and experience we bring to work every day.

Our mission is to unite the millions of security professionals nationwide in having a strong voice in Washington D.C. Metropolitan & nationwide through organizing & education.

To assist security police & security officers nationwide and in in forming a security union to protect their rights and job security.

To assist security police & security officers in obtaining affordable benefits for them and their families through collective bargaining and other means.
