SCNY Women’s Fitmmax Bootcamp

Love this place! I went in looking to get in shape and stayed because of the coaches and the support of my fellow members. Without fail, Sgt. Caitlin and Coach Will are ready to get you in shape. I signed up for the 6 AM Bootcamp class and each class was structured to target different muscle groups and designed to make you feel like you’re having fun and not doing some tedious exercise routine. Even with a group of people they are able to give you individual help and attention, which was great. They pushed me to do the exercises correctly and with proper form. This is truly the best class and individual (I was lucky to have a few individual sessions too) fitness routine
I have ever had. I highly recommend it!

SCNY Women’s Fitmmax Bootcamp is so much hard work and so much fun! Coach Will definitely keeps you on your toes from the warm-​up, until the end of class! He loves to throw out random endurance challenges every now and then! He is encouraging with the group as well as 1 on 1. He never runs out of helpful workout and dieting tips for your individual goals. He cares about everyone’s successes and negative statements never part his lips; everything is «can do» or «done»! Coach Will’s sense of humor isn’t lacking either, you’ll get some laughs in as well. SCNY as a whole is a great gym with friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional staff. When you walk in the door your are greeted with so much positivity, you feel like family.

I used to train with coach Will from another gym and now I also take classes with him. He whoops you in shape and in the same time makes the classes /​training sessions fun so you get a good workout and don’t feel miserable. He’s also knowledgeable about fitness and diet and responsible to his clients, he txts and talks to you in person to remind you to follow his diet plan and work out instruction!

This is an amazing program. No matter what your goal is– weight loss, to get lean, to build muscle mass– this program will help to get you there. It’s a great friendly environment for all fitness levels and the program will keep you motivated to push yourself further than you thought possible. Not only will Coach Will help you achieve your fitness goals, he will also help guide you in the ups and downs of weight loss — even the dreaded plateau. Since working with Coach Will, I’ve lost over 20lbs, dropped 2 sizes and feel stronger and healthier than I have in years. If you’re looking for a sure thing that will get you results, this is it!
