I recently had a dental emergency involving my five year old granddaughter who did not want to be examined. thank heavens Dr. Sattler was around. He was able to charm my granddaughter, take xrays and determine that all was well. the kid wants to go back because she had such a great time.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sattler for several years now. He is professional and wonderful. I have recommended many friends to him and they all continue to see him and are happy with his work. His receptionist/assistant is also wonderful. I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months and that says a lot!

Nice, friendly, down to earth. Makes no extractions though.

This dentist is absolutely awful. I went to him to have a chipped tooth fixed. OK, at first he does the procedure and it works fine. But less than a month later, the chip breaks off. OK, so he does it again. 6 months later, it breaks off a-GAIN. So, because I have limited benefits, I call and let them know I need it redone and I dont want my insurance charged for it. His secretary/assistant who has a fairly thick accent tells me OK. I said it several times. She says OK. So I go in there, he does the procedure. Lo and behold, the chip breaks off within a week AND my insurance is charged for the procedure! So I call to find out why, and have it resolved, and the doctor gets on the phone and starts yelling at me about how my insurance is terrible, and theyre not even going to pay him much, and how he doesnt ask me what Im doing to break my tooth and I cant tell him what to charge for in HIS office, and blah blah blah. I couldnt even believe it. If you want a nightmare, go to see Dr. Sattler… if you want to see a professional who wont make your life hell, go somewhere else.
