«Same Day Carpet Care» is in the perfect location spot for it’s business and services’s to be foot traffic for city people with carpet error’s, color and spot malfunction’s, synthetics solution’s and more expensive royal rug’s as well to clean and redefine on the same day service and deliver.
I hope more people give this Chelsea district business area on the west side of Manhattan borough more time and appreciate for their fair and reasonable price, however the individual person looking for the service should know what they need done to their carpet or rugs and what type of carpet the employee’s are working when getting serviced and served in the end.
I know that this carpet recovery and cleaning business must have seen more service since the storm in the later month of January 2016, business should be in full with cleaning for the snow and dirt being contracted form the floor to the road of the NY city street’s.

I am so happy! I swayed about acquiring a floor covering cleaning administration on the grounds that my corridor runner is continually getting destroyed by my cats. I thought regardless of the fact that they could get the current stains out, the cats would simply get right back to business the following day.
I called Same Day Carpet Care, Staff appeared within hour. He was super expert and quick! The rugs were practically spotless after hour later. I wasn’t certain what’s in store however was so satisfied by the outcomes! He even figured out how to get overflowing measures of red wine out of a zone floor covering that required consideration. So amazing.
Suffice it to say, Same Day Carpet Care is in my contacts book now.

I was absolutely satisfied with the service I was provided. They came out right away, and were at my door quicker than I expected.
I had a small shindig the night before, and my drunken friends spilled some adult beverages on the carpet, so you imagine the situation. Needless to say, I was panicking at the thought of how much it would cost to reverse the damage.
To my surprise, the service was very affordable, timely, and all in all a very comfortable process.
I would totally use them again (even though I hope I don’t need to!). ⁵⁄₅!

These guys were amazing. My kids spilled my wine glass and the next day these guys were not only able to get the stain out but got my carpet cleaner than it has been in years. I love them. They were super nice and professional in my home and the price was fantastic! I will absolutely be calling them again even for regular cleanings!

The service I received from this carpet company was perfect, they came out quick to my house to clean my carpets. I really needed them cleaned after months of having them and throwing parties and this company did that and more.
They arrived when expected, and worked really hard, they were very professional and cleaned everything spotless plus took out all the bad smells my carpets had. I was really happy with the job that was done.

Had a party for my 5 year old son and we ended up spilling an entire pitcher of green juice onto the carpet. I tried scrubbing out the stain using various other products but nothing I used really helped the situation and also slightly began to discolor my carpet. I called these guys up to see if they could do a better job than me and they went beyond my expectations! They were able to get the stain out and the carpet also looks brand new. Definitely recommend these guys and their excellent staff!

I love the service they provided! My boyfriends cat likes to pee all over my carpets and it was hard to get the stains out myself. It was defiantly worth it and I’m so glad I didn’t have to go through the hassle of throwing it out and buying a new one. I still can’t get over how clean and great my carpet smells!

These guys are great. I had a tenant that recently moved out of one on my buildings and nearly completely destroyed the carpet. A friend of mine at ABC carpet referred my to same day and I couldn’t be more pleased. They scheduled the cleaning within three days and was able to work around my ridiculous schedule. The lady that helped schedule the appointment was friendly and the two guys that came to the apartment were great as well. The price was fair. I’ve attached a picture of a semi before and after so you can see the quality of work.

Absolutely love these guys! I initially found same day carpet care about a year ago when I had my family over for thanksgiving. I’m sure you can all imagine what a nightmare my carpet looked like after having 6 little toddlers, 3 dogs, and 15 drinking adults run around my carpeted house… lets just say the carpets were off white before the guests arrived, and a light yellow/​brown color once they all left. When I initially called these cleaners I got an appointment first thing in the morning the next day, and the cleaning of my living/​dinning room carpet room about an hour. I was amazed my first time using these guys because they not only removed the stains from the wine and cranberry sauce, they made the carpet look better than when I moved into the house. Nevertheless I thought I’d give them another go before posting a review to really get a good sense of their customer service and cleaning capability…
Fast forward to today, I just got off the phone with one of the office managers, Michelle, and couldn’t express my gratitude and satisfaction with the cleaning! Today I had the same carpet treated after my little shih-​tzu puppy soiled it (in numerous spots-​.-). Miguel the technician came around 4:30 and took a good look at the situation. He had informed me that they get a lot of calls regarding pet stains and odor issues, therefore from his professional experience, he recommended the Pet Treatment Solutions Package, which included a sanitizer, deodorizer, stain remover, and fiber protectant. He also informed me that the difference between the pet package and a normal shampoo treatment, is that the pet one has a specially made solution that they apply to the soiled area and around it to break down any pet enzymes that have been left over form whatever the pet did on the carpet. About an hour later my home finally stopped smelling like a kennel and my carpet was nice and crispy off white again Absolutely COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! 100% recommended!

Over the years my carpet started looking not so fresh and new anymore due to heavy foot traffic. After searching long and hard for the best contender, I stumbled upon Same Day Carpet Care which I am very satisfied with in the end as the service was impeccable and will probably contact them again should i need someone who can do a thorough carpet cleaning job!

Had a couple huge carpet stains that I just couldn’t get out (could’ve been mud, wine, paint… not sure), and finally gave in and called SDCC. These guys are quick and friendly, and got the stains right out with some deep cleaning. Would definitely recommend them if your carpets are soiled!

I recently moved into a new apartment which had not been renovated or deep cleaned for quite some time. My first impression was that it desperately needed a professional carpet cleaning in the living room and bedrooms. I called up Same Day Carpet Care and they were amazing! They asked me a few questions and were able to send someone out the very next morning which was perfect for me.
This company was so professional, friendly and thorough. The cleaning crew explained the entire process to me beforehand and I knew from the start that this was a good idea. The entire job took less than 2 hours and I couldn’t believe how the old carpets looked brand new and completely transformed the look of the rooms! My apartment looks incredible now and I can thank Same Day Carpet Care!

I’m new to the city and wanted to get my apartment’s carpet done. It smelled SO awful when I moved in and I was worried I would have to wait til the next day to get anything done, but I was wrong! I called and they said they may be able to get someone out within a few hours and I was skeptical but they got there literally within three hours!
I am guessing the past owners must have had animals because it smelled awful in there, but apparently that wasn’t too much for them to handle because the smell was COMPLETELY GONE by the time they had finished!
There were also some nasty brown stains that were obliterated. I was totally in shock.
I figured it would all cost an arm and a leg but was pleasantly surprised with the amount I had to pay. I even tipped the cleaners because they did such an amazing job, quickly AND efficiently.

This was my first time using professional carpet cleaning services and I’m mad I waited so long! These guys offer the best services. I usually do the cleaning on my own but I was having family come in to town and wanted everything to look pristine. Since it was my first time I of course had a lot of questions and concerns and they had no problem giving me all the info I needed to move forward with setting up my appointment.
The day of my appointment they actually arrived early which was a plus. They set up right away and went right to work on my carpets. I was thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to use their services again. These guys were very helpful and very professional and they did 10x a better job than I could ever do on my own! It was very well worth it.

I had just moved into my new apt, and was concerned that the carpets were not professionally cleaned; i have asthma and dust mites are definitely a concern for me.
So i figured I’d dish out some money just to feel better about the cleanliness of the apt. I Unilocaled for carpet cleaners and Same Day Carpet Care came out tops.
I called them for an appointment and managed to make one for a few days later.
They arrived on time– even earlier than me but fortunately, my apt manager let them in.
As they were setting up, Ofer walked me through what they were going to do, and even explained carpet dust patterns to me. It went totally above me, but whatever, he was so earnest and sweet.
They were done within an hour, they were efficient, polite to my apt manager, set up equipment w/​o complaint in the POURING rain (seriously, worst rainy day of the entire season) and charged me what they’d quoted on the phone
I’d recommend and use their services again

Same Day Carpet Care is a rare gem indeed!
The representative came to my residence at the exact time that was scheduled. Not all of my floors have carpets but they do get quite dirty over time. Other companies have fallen short of my expectations — leaving visible dirt behind, and lacking punctuality etc. Same Day Carpet Care shows up and does a dynamite job. I would recommend to anyone!

Amazing i must say, These guys did an outstanding job showed up 30minutes early, And it was affordable, Does it get better than this? yes it does, The customer service from their end was amazing, I would def work with them again!

Stopped by a friend’s house and Same Day Carpet Care showed up to clean their upholstery and living room carpet. Honestly, my friend is a pig and could have sworn that their mess would have never been cleaned, but low and behold Same Day Carpet Care actually cleaned up his mess.
If I lived in the city, I would use them, and I do definitely recommend them.

To give these guys anything but an extraordinary review would be dishonest. They were wonderful! First, they arrived on time, which NEVER happens with companies doing work on one’s home. Second, they worked with us to make sure all of the different needs of our differing carpets were met– affordably. Third, they cleaned our carpets perfectly– they now look brand new– and we have two dogs! Fourth, they helped move some of our furniture back! They did all of this with brilliant smiles and GREAT attitudes.
I was/​am astounded by the great work they do, but even more impressed by the kindness and thoughtfulness of these people. They went out of their way to be helpful, humorous and kind.
I highly suggest this company, Same Day Carpet Cleaning, to everyone. Yes, your capers/​floors will be amazing, but you’ll be in a great mood because of the people and your experience! I will definitely use Same Day Carpet Care again in the future.
