Delicious and creative slices. Ownership really knows what its doing. Friendly environment if you just want to get a slice or have a meal with your family. Delivery and catering are excellent as well. Highly recommended!!!

Growing up in the area I can confirm this was and is the worst pizza slice in Carnegie Hill. No flavor in the sauce or cheese and a characterless crust. The staff are generally friendly and the store is well kept. It is worth pay attention to what they charge you as they have habit of overcharging people vs their seamless/posted menu prices. Their menu price for one topping slice is $ 3.49 but I’ve noticed they charge some people $ 4.30. Not only does that make for an insanely overpriced slice of pizza but it’s not a great business practice.

First things first, be aware that this is vegetarian pizza place. They create faux pizza meat, but soy pepperoni just isn’t quite as delicious as real pepperoni. The best way I can describe it is if you wanted to have an ice cream sandwich, but settled on a freeze dried ice cream sandwich that astronauts like Neal Armstrong and Buzz Lightyear would eat on the Apollo Creed missions in space. You know, the freeze dried ice cream that comes in a small pouch you can buy at the gift shop at the Kennedy Space Center out in Florida? Remember how you expected the freeze dried ice cream to taste like ice cream but instead it tasted like chalk, broken dreams, and tums? Yeah… Given the wide selection of other pizza places around NYC, I would say you’re probably better off going somewhere else unless you’re a vegetarian and you like chalk. Given another opportunity I’d go somewhere else.

Not really worth the money. The slice I had there might as well have been a piece of cardboard with tomato sauce on it.

The staff is a little unfriendly when I asked for something they said they didn’t have which I could clearly see the silican slice so I got a regular n notice it said 2.99 for a slice not 3.25 but it’s okay the crust was decent … I took a bunch of napkins for my 25 cent lost

Great pizza. One of the best kosher pizzas in the city. Good prices and the slices always test fresh and fill me up. Quick service, whether i am in-store or at home getting a delivery. Will for sure return to Aba’s pizza

The food was passable but nothing worth chasing after. The crust seemed premade and was flavorless, the sauce was bland. The one real plus was the friendly service.

Zero stars. Poor excuse for kosher pizza and rude, unfriendly staff. Had been going for years … but this year the quality of food and attitude of staff has completely gone downhill. Time and time again this year they have disappointed. Never again. Avoid.

Pizza was aight. Maybe I expect more because I’m from a place with inferior pizza, but this pizza didn’t blow me away. The crust was too thick for my preference and the pizza didn’t have much taste. Decent place to sit at the window and people watch. Also not that cheap!

Being from ‘the country’ good pizza of any caliber is a rarity. Although this was ‘country good’, it was ‘city OK’. Tasty despite being luke-warm. Service was OK, and the dining area was ‘pizza hut’ fine.

This is a great slice, D-licious! Also, this is a clean pizzeria, which is hard to find in New York. Equally unusual is the polite staff and prompt service. The guy with red beard was very personable.

Flavorless, slightly expensive pizza. The place smells great, I’d love to eat the air. It’s probably much tastier than the pizza was. Pizza: very thin layer of flavorless sauce. This is the second-worst sauce I’ve had on NYC pizza. Cheese and topping portion sizes are appropriate, mushrooms were flavorless though. Crust is below average. Garlic knots: very strong garlic flavor, no other flavors present. These things burned my mouth from the garlic. Other reviewers seem to have had a better experience, maybe Saba’s was just having an off day… but with so many hundreds of pizzerias in manhattan, why bother giving them another chance? This place is either inconsistent, or total shit.

Had the baked(meatless) ziti. The small portion is enough for an average adult, specially if you want to leave space for your beverage and perhaps, elsewhere, dessert. I asked originally for a pepperoni slice of pizza but they don’t sell anything with meat, though the selection of pizzas had a good variety and they all looked very appealing. Will return to try the pizza on my next visit to the area.

Fantastic kosher pizza — the white slice is incredible. I had 3 slices of it last night.

Overpriced and not that good. A slice of plain cheese costs $ 3.26. I’ve only had the pizza, so I can’t comment on the other food. I won’t come back.

great place to grab a quick lunch. their pizza is a little thin, but packed with flavor. ask them to make yours well done and it’ll be extra crispy, that’s how i like it. the staff is also really friendly and make for some nice conversation.
