Meet the Business Owner
Patrick S.
Business Owner
Patrick is Greenwich Village born and raised. He spent five years honing his skills at elite restaurants Bouley, Artisanal and Tabla and went on to manage Blaue Gans, Osteria Resto & The Cannibal, Bar Henry and Lelabar. He completed his first sommelier courses while working at Danny Meyer’s and Floyd Cardoz’ Indian restaurant Tabla. Pairing Indian food with wines encouraged him to focus on some lesser known classic wines — graceful whites from Northern France, Germany and Austria, full and spicy reds like Bandol and Cahors, the orange wines of Italy and the amber wines from the Republic of Georgia. Outside of restaurants Patrick spends his time with his wife Elena and daughter Lila.
