Just the facts: I called them on Monday and asked for an estimate on a repair job in my bathroom. Mr. Gans was helpful and responsive, emailed me an estimate, and told me his workers would be there the next day between 1 and 3 pm. I stayed home to wait for them; they never showed, never told me they couldn’t make it, and no one at Rosen Paramount Glass responded to my phone call or my email. That’s a lousy way to treat customers.

I am in the trade business & wanted to order glass from them. After they gave me a price & told me I couldn’t ship directly to my client I said ok. I found 3 other sources on line $ 3000k yes $ 3000k less then what they tried to charge my client & will ship it for $ 100 out of state. I am all about shopping local & family business but they should be ashamed.

The job was not completed and what was done was sloppy. silicone was a mess. Shower door was installed with a chip and despite my many attempts to get this replaced, Mr Rosen and his staff were non responsive and assumed no responsibility for the shoddy workmanship or towards a resolution.
I am an Interior Designer and obviously, will never use them again.
BUYER BEWARE!

We had a mirror installed on a backsplash in our kitchen. We paid extra for mirrored outlet covers to match the antique mirror.
The guys who installed the mirror were great. But they were given out of the box covers that are plain mirror and did not match.
We went back and forth for a while, and finally they agreed to give us a partial refund since they weren’t able to come through with the original plan. They asked me to send them a credit card authorization form on October 3^rd, and I still have not received the refund over a month later even after multiple emails.

I almost NEVER give bad reviews but i am so damn annoyed right now.
this is the most incompetent firm i have ever come across, they double billed me and didn’t even get the glass size right, i used them for a glass table top, they had to remake it THREE times and then when they delivered it they nicked the table and took a chunk of the wood out.
They sent someone to repair it, he globbed the paint on and we ended up grabbing the paint and doing it ourselves…
now they have the NERVE to re-​bill us again?!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY — wish i could give ZERO stars!!!

Short: horrific customer service but did the job.
I brought a mirror in to be fixed and when I called at the time they told me it would be ready they admitted that they ‘screwed up’ and they didn’t know when it would be ready. This went on for another two weeks. Didn’t give money back or anything when I finally picked it up. The guy I spoke to initially was incredibly rude and condescending. I was shocked he would speak to a customer that way. They made me pay upfront so none of the work was negotiable, even though the date we agreed on had far passed. Have no desire to be treated like that again so definitely would not go back or recommend them.
Upside: the mirror, once I finally picked it up, was done correctly.

I only wish it were possible to give less then 1 star. THE WORST!!! Not in any wayt capable of cutting a piece of glass and delivering in somewhat of a timely manor. My table was delivered to them to replace 1 22×22 mirror for the top of the table. Kept the table for 6 weeks. Finally delivered it and the table was dinged, scratched and gauged beyond repair. I cant urge you enough not to use them. And Stan Rosen is the most incompetent of the bunch.

We busted an exterior window at our office on Monday afternoon. Rosen Paramount sent guys on Tuesday morning and the window was replaced by 1pm. AMAZING! is all I have to say. The work was finished faster than I could have ever imagined and they were very professional.
Their rates were also in line with other quotes I received.

I was really disappointed. I ordered a piece of glass, and everyone was very friendly and helpful at that time, but did make me pay everything upfront. They gave me an expected delivery date, I phoned on said date, the day after and the day after that, and was told that it wasn’t ready. They promised to call me when it was.
I heard nothing and called back a week later, and they rudely told me that it had been ready the whole time. I pointed out that their own staff member had misinformed me, and I was simply told that I should have spoken to someone else. No apology for their own mistake. I asked for a refund and they said «no, we can’t sell the glass to anyone else».
What a huge disappointment after all the good reviews here. I really wanted to be pleased, but I feel like they took advantage of me and spoke down to me. Not at all what one wants as a customer. I won’t go back, and urge you not to either.

SCAM ARTISTS!!! do not use this company. They do horrible work and do not know about customer service. There are so many other companies in NYC that will do better work and understand how to talk to customers. If you call them they are rude and do not call you back. ONLY want your money. They get payment before they even do the work or show you whatthey have done. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Not reputable and dont have a website that shows anywork they have done…
