Specialties

Restaurant Rosanjin serves kaiseki and a la carte menu.

Kaiseki

Restaurant Rosanjin specializes in authentic Kyoto-style kaiseki — an exquisite Japanese formal dining experience.

A culinary tradition and art form, kaiseki balances taste, texture and appearance of seasonal food culminating in delicately finished and stunningly presented dishes.

Rosanjin’s Kaiseki courses are at $ 80, $ 120, $ 150, & $ 200 per guest. (* Prices do not include beverages, tax, and gratuity.) $ 150 & $ 200 courses require advance reservation (1day & 3days). All courses can be requested with sake pairing.

History

Established in 2007.

Inspired by revered artist and food critique Rosanjin Kitaoji’s lifetime quest for beauty and art through cuisine, Rosanjin Tribeca presents Japanese cuisine as high art. Like Rosanjin’s art, our food encompasses all that is beautiful about refined Japanese culture and cuisine.

Since opening in 2007, Rosanjin has continued to explore Japanese culinary expression. Last year, Rosanjin Tribeca was awarded 4 stars in Forbes magazine, an honor received by only 16 of New York’s top restaurants. We have also been recommended in reviews by the New York Times and New York Magazine while Zagat described us as «beautiful in every way».
