This is a great studio– huge and airy and as a previous reviewer said, it has a HUGE variety of equipment in great condition. Roberta is a great teacher, very nice and patient and really focused on taking her time with you so you focus on your form. I would highly recommend!

This is a gem of a studio — spacious, clean hard wood floors, loads of natural light, greenery and ambient classical music render this a space where one can relax and focus — a haven amidst the bustle of midtown west. The studio is stocked with the widest variety of Pilates equipment I have seen in a single space — reformers, mats, wunda chairs, straps, balls, weights, etc. Studio director Roberta Rose Kirschenbaum is a master teacher — clearly very knowledgeable, she caters the session on a very subtle level to the particular needs of the student, and focuses on form above repetitions and results. Her style is equal parts challenging and encouraging. Definitely start off with a private session or two before moving on to semi-private or group classes… your spine will thank you!

The studio space is huge with a lot of equipment and the instructors are super talented. I was welcomed by my instructor and the studio owner and received a follow up note that said«I hope we see you soon». I worked with Chrissy and she is tough but good — doesn’t let you get away with bad form which is exactly what I need.
