Two year old frames dropped a nose piece, which the company refused to replace or repair. Even Luxotica does better than that, and they are a crime syndicate.

What’s not to love!
If you are all Oliver People’s’d out as I am, or tired of the other boutiques in Soho they carry the same things you can find at Saks, come here.
I have several pair of sunglasses and purchased a new pair of glasses today. The sales people are fabulous, and very accommodating.
The gentleman helping me was kind enough to help me select a good pair, give me his candid thoughts, and then send me by email the documentation that my insurance would need.
They have a fantastic selection, get new merchandise fairly often, and they have options that you won’t see on everyone else.
There are a few locations in the area, and I recommend them all.

I had an excellent experience getting frames here — the staff was super helpful and friendly, and the frames were ready, with prescription lenses, within 4 days. Love the glasses and highly recommend this place!
